Getting Started
Charging the Device
Before first use, charge the Yaber JS-20 for at least 7 hours or until all four indicator lights are illuminated. This ensures the device is fully powered.
Jump Starting Port
Locate the jump starting port on the device. Insert the clamp cable plug securely into this port when preparing to jump-start a vehicle.
How to Jump Start a Car
- Connect the clamps: Attach the red clamp to the positive (+) terminal of the car battery and the black clamp to the negative (-) terminal.
- Start the car: Attempt to start the vehicle's engine.
- Disconnect the clamps: Once the engine starts, disconnect the black clamp first, then the red clamp.
Force Starter Button
If the car battery voltage is too low, the device may not initiate the jump start. In such cases, press and hold the 'Force Starter' button for a few seconds to enable the jump-start function. The indicator light should turn solid green.
LED Light Functionality
Press and hold the ON/OFF button for 3 seconds to turn the LED light on or off. While the light is on, short presses of the button will cycle through different modes: SOS, strobe, and steady illumination.
