Getting Started: Connections

This guide provides instructions for connecting your Alienware 510H 7.1 Gaming Headset.

Connection Options:

• PC Connection: Connect the headset to your computer using the provided USB cable. The diagram illustrates the headset, a USB cable, and a PC.
• Console/Mobile Connection: Connect the headset to a gaming console controller or mobile device using the 3.5mm audio cable. The diagram shows the headset, a 3.5mm cable, and a console controller or smartphone.

Headset Features and Controls

Headset Adjustment:

• Adjust the headband for a comfortable and secure fit.
• The earcups can be rotated for optimal positioning.
• The headband can be extended by up to 2cm for a personalized fit.

Inline Controls:

• Volume Control: Use the slider on the inline remote to adjust the audio volume. Slide up for higher volume (?+) and down for lower volume (?-).
• Microphone Mute: Press the designated button on the inline remote to mute or unmute the microphone. A muted microphone is indicated by a crossed-out microphone icon (❌?), while an active microphone is shown with a standard microphone icon (?).
