The Flybar Ride-On Bumper Car includes the following parts:

Assembly

Foam Bumper Assembly

Follow these steps to attach the foam bumper:

  1. Start with the foam bumper supplied in the package.
  2. Pull the bumper car from its packaging and position it with the back view accessible.
  3. Place the foam bumper over the backside of the car, aligning it as shown.
  4. Align the plastic clasps on the foam bumper with the four clasp holes on the bumper car to secure it into place.
  5. Snap the plastic clasps into the four clasp mold holes to secure the bumper.
  6. Slowly start pulling the foam bumper down around the bumper car edges to position it correctly.
  7. Continue working around the bumper car edges, securing the foam bumper into place.
  8. Ensure the top and bottom lips of the foam bumper cover the molded bottom edges of the bumper car.
  9. Finish the foam bumper installation by returning to the plastic clasp where you started.

Flag Assembly

Follow these steps to attach the flag:

  1. Start with the flag pole and position it above the flag pole hole near the back of the seat.
  2. Snap the flag pole into place by pressing down to secure it.

Limited Warranty Terms

One Year Limited Warranty on 6-Volt Bumper Car Ride-on product

Six-Month limited warranty on battery

Flybar, Inc. warrants this product to the original retail purchaser against defective materials or workmanship for one year from the date of original purchase (except for the battery, which is warranted for six months). An original receipt is required to validate the warranty. Flybar, Inc. will, at its option, provide replacement parts or replace the product. Flybar, Inc. may substitute if a part or model has been discontinued. To make a claim, contact Flybar, Inc. directly. Proof of purchase is required, and shipping/transportation charges are the responsibility of the consumer.

What does this Limited Warranty cover?

This warranty covers all parts of the electric ride-on toy to be free from defects in workmanship and materials, provided:

What is not covered by this Limited Warranty?

This warranty does not cover labor or transportation charges. It does not cover damage caused by crash, collision, misuse, abuse, neglect, improper assembly, improper maintenance, lack of maintenance, alteration, or similar damage. It is for personal use only, not commercial use.

This Warranty will be void if the ride-on product is ever:

Flybar, Inc. is not liable for incidental or consequential loss or damage directly or indirectly from the use of this product.

How to make a claim under this Limited Warranty?

Warranty claims should be submitted via Flybar's online portal at www.flybar.com/pages/contact-us or via email at info@flybar.com. Have your proof of purchase available.

Limitation of Damages:

The warranty and remedies are exclusive. Flybar, Inc. or the dealer will not be liable for any damages, including incidental or consequential damages, arising out of the use or inability to use this product. Some states may not allow these limitations.

Limitation of Warranties and Other Warranty Terms

Implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, are limited to the duration of this express written warranty. Some states do not allow limitations on incidental or consequential damages. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may have other rights that vary by state. Flybar, Inc. or the dealer selling this product has not authorized any person to create any other warranty, obligation, or liability in connection with this product.
