The VAN RYSEL balance bike is designed for children aged 3 to 5 years, with a recommended height of 90 cm to 1.1 m and a maximum weight capacity of 30 kg. It is a pedal-less bicycle that helps children develop balance and coordination by pushing off the ground with their feet.

Assembly Instructions

  1. Step 1: Prepare the Frame

    Insert the fork into the head tube of the frame.

  2. Step 2: Attach Handlebars

    Position the handlebars onto the fork. Secure them using four 5mm bolts.

  3. Step 3: Secure Handlebar Stem

    Attach the handlebar stem to the fork. Use two 5mm bolts and one 4mm bolt. Tighten to a torque of 5-7 N.m.

  4. Step 4: Attach Front Wheel

    Mount the front wheel onto the fork. Ensure it is securely fastened.

  5. Step 5: Attach Rear Wheel

    Mount the rear wheel onto the frame. Secure it using two 5mm bolts.

Usage Guidance

The balance bike is propelled by the child pushing off the ground with their feet. This method helps children learn to balance on two wheels in a simple and playful way.

  • Feet flat on the ground.
  • Slight bend in the knees.
  • Looking forward.

Maintenance

Clean the balance bike by rinsing with water or using a mild soapy solution and a sponge. Avoid using a high-pressure cleaner. Dry the bike thoroughly with a dry cloth after cleaning.
