Assembly Instructions
Step 1: Prepare the Frame
Insert the fork into the head tube of the frame.
Step 2: Attach Handlebars
Position the handlebars onto the fork. Secure them using four 5mm bolts.
Step 3: Secure Handlebar Stem
Attach the handlebar stem to the fork. Use two 5mm bolts and one 4mm bolt. Tighten to a torque of 5-7 N.m.
Step 4: Attach Front Wheel
Mount the front wheel onto the fork. Ensure it is securely fastened.
Step 5: Attach Rear Wheel
Mount the rear wheel onto the frame. Secure it using two 5mm bolts.
