The Yaesu M-90D is a high-quality desktop microphone designed for use with Yaesu transceivers, offering clear audio transmission and user-friendly controls.

Key Features and Controls

• LOCK Key: A one-touch Push-To-Talk (PTT) key with a lock function. Pressing it sets and holds the transmit mode. Pressing it again returns the transceiver to receive mode.
• PTT Key: Press and hold this key to transmit, and release it to receive.
• Angle Adjustment Screws: The microphone's angle can be adjusted by loosening the screws on the left and right side of the microphone yoke (turn counterclockwise). Position the microphone as desired, then tighten the screws (turn clockwise) to secure it. An additional screw on the pivot top allows for further angle adjustment; loosen it (counterclockwise), set the desired position, and then tighten (clockwise) to secure.
• MIC Jack (8-pin): Use the supplied microphone cable to connect the microphone to a transceiver equipped with a "modular terminal".
• MIC Jack (modular): Use the supplied microphone cable to connect the microphone to a transceiver equipped with an "8-pin terminal".
• Low-Cut Switch: When this switch is in the ON position, a low-cut filter is activated. This filter has a cut-off frequency of 340 Hz and a slope of -6 dB/octave, helping to reduce unwanted low-frequency noise.
