Technical Specifications and Dimensions
- Unit Height: 2350 mm (or 1850 mm, 1050 mm for specific configurations)
- Unit Widths: 545 mm, 540 mm
- Unit Depth: 630 mm
- Clearance Requirements: Minimum 2 mm gap on sides and top for ventilation; 0 mm gap allowed on the back if ventilation is sufficient. Minimum 200 cm² ventilation area required for the back of the appliance.
- Mounting Bracket Distance: 85 mm from edge.
- Appliance Height Options: 220 cm, 200 cm, 240 cm.
Assembly Instructions
- Open the cabinet doors.
- Remove the cabinet doors by unscrewing the hinges from the doors.
- Detach the hinge plates from the cabinet body by unscrewing them.
- Repeat step 3 for all hinge plates.
- Note: Keep all removed screws (?).
- Attach mounting brackets (G) to the cabinet sides using screws (B) and wall anchors (D). Ensure correct orientation. (Requires 8x screws B, 8x anchors D, 4x brackets G).
- Attach the lower support bracket to the bottom of the cabinet.
- Install drawer runners (I and J) onto the inside of the cabinet sides using screws (B).
- Install drawer slides (E) onto the inside of the cabinet sides using screws (B).
- Mount the cabinet to the wall. Use screws (part 3, 2) and anchors (part 0, E). Ensure the cabinet is level and securely fastened, maintaining a distance of 85 mm from the edge where applicable. (Diagrams show different configurations for 200 cm, 220 cm, and 240 cm height cabinets).
- Attach hinges (F) to the cabinet doors. Specific hinge parts (e.g., 43, 30, 17, 15 or 39, 28, 17, 15) are indicated for different door configurations.
- Attach the doors to the mounted cabinet by connecting the hinges to the corresponding mounting plates.
- Adjust the doors using the hinge screws to achieve proper alignment and ensure they close correctly. A 2 mm gap is indicated for adjustment.
- Install the ice scraper (H) into its designated slot within the cabinet.
- Attach the base support feet to the bottom of the cabinet using screws (B).
- Prepare drawer components: Attach drawer runners (H) and connectors (B, M) to the drawer box components.
- Install drawer slides (E) onto the drawer box components and secure them with screws (C).
- Attach drawer slides (K) to the cabinet doors.
- Align and attach drawer slides (K) to the cabinet doors, making 1 mm adjustments as needed for precise fitting.
- Insert the drawer runners (J) into the cabinet, completing the drawer assembly.
