General Safety and Operating Precautions
The manufacturer assumes no liability for damages resulting from non-observance of this manual or unauthorized modifications to the device. Damages caused by manual modifications are not covered by warranty.
Caution: The fixture's housing becomes hot during operation. Allow approximately 20 minutes for it to cool down before handling.
- Ensure the available voltage is not higher than stated on the rear panel.
- Always disconnect the unit from the mains power when not in use or before cleaning or servicing.
- Handle the power cord only by the plug; never pull the cord itself.
- This device is protection class I; connect the yellow/green conductor to earth.
- Electric connection, repairs, and servicing must be performed by qualified personnel.
- Do not connect this device to a dimmer pack.
- Avoid switching the fixture on and off in short intervals, as this reduces its lifespan.
- Initial start-up may produce smoke or smell; this is normal and does not indicate a defect.
- Do not touch the device's housing with bare hands during operation as it becomes hot.
- Use only replacement fixtures and fuses of the same type and rating.
Operating Determination
Important: Damages caused by disregarding this user manual are not subject to warranty. The dealer will not accept liability for resulting defects or problems.
- Unpack and check carefully for transportation damage before use.
- Install and operate only by qualified personnel.
- Ensure ventilation slots are not blocked to prevent overheating.
- Do not connect the device to any dimmer pack.
- Keep flammable materials away from the fixture during operation to avoid fire hazards.
- Ensure the power cord is not crimped or damaged; replace it immediately if damaged.
- The unit's surface temperature may reach up to 70°C. Do not touch the housing bare-handed during operation.
- Read this manual carefully for important information on installation, usage, and maintenance.
- Avoid any flammable liquids, water, or metal from entering the unit. If this occurs, cut off mains power immediately.
- Do not operate in dirty or dusty environments; clean the fixture regularly.
- Do not touch any wires during operation due to the risk of electric shock.
- Avoid entanglement of the power cord with other wires.
- Maintain a minimum distance of 0.5 meters to objects/surfaces.
- In case of serious operating problems, stop using the unit immediately.
- Never turn the unit on and off repeatedly in quick succession.
- Replace the housing, lenses, or ultraviolet filter if visibly damaged.
- Do not open the housing; there are no user-serviceable parts inside.
- Do not attempt to operate if the unit is damaged. Do not attempt repairs yourself; contact an authorized technical assistance center.
- Disconnect the product from its power source before servicing.
Attention Items
- For product longevity, do not use the fixture in environments exceeding 45 degrees Celsius.
- Do not place the product on unstable or shaky surfaces.
- Consult a professional for maintenance to avoid the danger of electric shock.
- Power supply fluctuations should remain within +/-10% during operation. Excessive power can decrease fixture life, while insufficient power affects luminosity.
- After powering off, allow the fixture to cool for over 20 minutes before re-use.
- Refer to this manual to ensure the product is used normally.
Rigging the Fixture
Structures intended for fixture installation must safely support the fixture's weight and be certified for such use.
Fixtures must be installed in accordance with national and local electrical and construction codes and regulations.
For overhead installation, the fixture must always be secured with a safety wire capable of bearing at least 10 times the fixture's weight.
It is forbidden to stay in the area below the installation place, on bridges, under high working places, or other endangered areas when rigging, derigging, or servicing the fixture.
Operators must ensure that safety-related and machine-technical installations are approved by an expert before initial operation and after any changes. These installations must be approved by a skilled person annually.
Allow the fixture to cool for ten minutes before handling.
The projector should be installed away from areas where persons may walk by or be seated.
Danger of fire!
When installing the device, ensure no highly inflammable material (e.g., decoration articles) is within a minimum distance of 1 meter.
Maintain a minimum distance of 8 meters between the light output and the lit objects.
CAUTION!
Use 2 appropriate fixtures to rig the fixture on the truss. Follow instructions at the bottom of the base. Ensure the device is fixed properly and the structure (truss) is secure.
The fixture can be placed directly on the stage floor or rigged in any orientation on a truss without altering its operation characteristics.
For securing a fixture to a truss, install two safety wires that can hold at least 10 times the weight of the fixture. Use only safety wires with screw-on carabiners.
DMX-512 Connection
The fixture is equipped with 3-pin sockets for DMX input and output, wired in parallel. Use only shielded twisted-pair cables designed for 3-pin XLR plugs and connectors to link the controller with the fixture or between fixtures.
DMX - Output (XLR mounting-sockets, rear view):
- Pin 1: Shield
- Pin 2: Signal (-)
- Pin 3: Signal (+)
DMX - Input (XLR mounting-plugs, rear view):
- Pin 1: Shield
- Pin 2: Signal (-)
- Pin 3: Signal (+)
Building a Serial DMX-Chain:
Connect the DMX-output of the first fixture to the DMX-input of the next fixture. Up to 32 fixtures can be connected in series.
Caution: The DMX cable must be terminated at the last fixture. Solder a 120 Ω resistor between Signal (-) and Signal (+) into a 3-pin XLR-plug and insert it into the DMX-output of the last fixture.
Fixture Installation
- Install and operate by qualified personnel. Fixtures should be installed in areas away from walking paths, seating areas, or where unauthorized personnel might reach them. Never stand directly below the fixture(s) when rigging, removing, or servicing.
- Ensure the unit is firmly fixed to prevent vibration and slipping. The trussing or installation area must support 10 times the fixture's weight without deformation. For suspended installations, always attach a safety cable capable of holding at least 12 times the fixture's weight to ensure it does not fall if the clamp fails.

Maintenance and Cleaning
It is essential to keep the fixture clean from dust, dirt, and smoke-fluid residues. Buildup can significantly reduce light output and affect reliability. Use a soft, lint-free cloth moistened with glass cleaning fluid. Do not use alcohol or solvents.
DANGER!
Disconnect from the mains before starting any maintenance work.
The front objective lens requires weekly cleaning. Cooling fans should be cleaned monthly. The interior of the fixture should be cleaned at least annually using a vacuum cleaner or air jet. Use a soft brush and vacuum cleaner for fans and cooling vents.
Important! Check air filters periodically and clean before they become clogged!
Clean the two air filters in the fixture covers and two in the base. Use a vacuum cleaner, compressed air, or wash them and ensure they are dry before reinstallation.

Troubleshooting
Following are a few common problems that may occur during operation. Here are some suggestions for troubleshooting:
A. The unit does not work, no light does not work
- Check the connected power.
- Measure the voltage.
- Check the power indicator to see whether it can be lit up or not.
B. Not responding to the DMX controller
- Check whether the DMX connectors and the DMX cables are connected correctly.
- Check whether the DMX address is correctly set.
- If the intermittent DMX signal problem occurs, check whether the XLR socket and the signal cable are well connected.
- Try it with another DMX controller.
- Check whether the DMX cables run near or alongside to the high-voltage cables, which may damage or interfere with the signal circuit.
