This document provides assembly instructions for the THUNDERX3 XTC Professional Series Ergonomic Chair.

• Seat Cushion
• Backrest

• Screws: 8x (Type A), 2x (Type B), 6x (Type C)
• Allen Key (1x)

Assembly Instructions

1. Step 1: Attach the seat mechanism to the underside of the seat cushion using 6x Type C screws. Ensure they are tightened securely. ⚠️
2. Step 2: Attach the chair base to the seat mechanism using 4x Type A screws. ⚠️
3. Step 3: Attach the armrests to the sides of the seat cushion using 4x Type A screws for each armrest. ⚠️
4. Step 4: Attach the backrest to the seat assembly using 2x Type B screws. ⚠️
5. Step 5 & 6: Insert the 5 wheels into the base of the chair. Insert the gas lift into the center of the base.
6. Step 7: Place the assembled seat onto the gas lift.
7. Step 8: Adjusting Seat Height: Pull the lever upwards [lever-up] to raise the seat, or sit on the chair and pull the lever [lever-up] to lower the seat.
8. Step 9: Adjusting Backrest Recline: Pull the lever [lever-pull] to unlock the recline, allowing the backrest to move. Push the lever [lever-push] to lock the backrest in position.
9. Step 10: Adjusting Backrest Tilt: Use the lever [lever-adjust] to adjust the tilt angle of the backrest.
10. Step 11: Adjusting Seat Height (Alternative Method): Press the lever [lever-press] to adjust the seat height.
11. Step 12: Adjusting Armrest Position (Forward/Backward): Slide the armrest forward or backward [armrest-slide] to your preferred position.
12. Step 13: Adjusting Armrest Position (Up/Down): Rotate the knob [knob-rotate] to adjust the height of the armrests.
13. Step 14: Adjusting Headrest Height: Move the headrest up or down [headrest-move] to the desired height.
14. Step 15: Adjusting Headrest Angle: Tilt the headrest forward or backward [headrest-tilt] to find the most comfortable angle.

Usage and Care Instructions

Cleaning Instructions:

• Keep the chair tidy by vacuuming its seams regularly.
• Avoid using harsh cleaning chemicals such as acetone.
• Avoid direct sunlight. ☀️

Intended Use and User:

• Not suitable for children under 8 years old.
• Maximum weight capacity: <125 kg.

Maintenance and Repair:

• After approximately 1 week of use, check that all screws are properly tightened.
• Do not attempt to repair this product yourself, especially the gas lift.

The XTC chair should be disposed of separately from household waste. It must be handed in for recycling in accordance with local environmental regulations. Proper separation helps reduce waste sent to incinerators or landfills and minimizes potential negative impacts on human health and the environment.

Before contacting the point of purchase or a local agent, please prepare the following information:

1. Invoice/receipt.
2. Photo of the serial number (usually found underneath the product, starting with SN).
3. Photos or video illustrating the problem or issue.
4. Photo of the complete product.
