02 Installation

1. Tear off the seal on the label paper.
2. Press down the Paper Compartment Open Button to open the paper compartment.
3. Toggle the spindle to the "open" position as indicated by the arrow.
4. Slide the paper compartment baffle to the correct scale according to the width of the paper roll and toggle the spindle towards the blade. Ensure the spindle is securely toggled to prevent misaligned printing.
5. Fit the paper roll into the paper compartment with the print side facing the print head. Pull a length of paper out from the exit and close the cover. Distinguish the sides of the paper roll; it will not print if reversed.

03 Basic Functions and Settings

1. Power On

When the device is powered off (screen unlit), long-press the Power/Setting button for 2 seconds to power on. The monitor screen will display the home interface.

2. Feeding Paper

Press the Paper Exit/OK button; the device will roll out one stretch of paper.

3. Choosing Paper Types

• Crack Label: Align the seam of paper to the cutting opening, tear the paper by the blade.
• Black Label: Tear the paper through the tear line without using the blade.
• Cont Labe: Use the blade to cut a full sheet of print paper at any position.
• TRN Label: A transparent label; align the seam of paper to the cutting opening, tear the paper by the blade.

4. Lack of Paper/Open Compartment

If the monitor screen displays "Cover Open!" or "Lack of Paper!", the device will not respond to printing commands.

5. Low Battery

When the device is out of power, the screen displays "The battery level is low. Please charge!" and the device will power off in 10 seconds.

6. Bluetooth Connection

When Bluetooth is connected, the Bluetooth icon will be displayed in inverted white.

7. Power Indicator

When connected with a power adapter, the power icon is displayed.

8. Settings

Press the Power/Settings button at the home interface to enter settings. Continue pressing to cycle through interfaces: "Density", "Type of Paper", "Shutdown Time", "Language", "Self-check page". Press Paper Exit/OK button at the desired setting.

1. Printing density: 5 levels (1/2/3/4/5). [Screen Display: Density < 3 >]
2. Type of paper: 4 types (crack label/black label/cont label/TRN label). [Screen Display: Type Of Paper < crack label >]
3. Shutdown time: 4 levels (15 minutes/30 minutes/60 minutes/never). [Screen Display: Shutdown Time < 60 minutes >]
4. Language: 2 types (Chinese/English). [Screen Display: Language < English >]
5. Self-check page: Press "Paper Exit/OK" to print. Includes printer model, firmware version, hardware version, device serial number, etc. [Screen Display: Self-check Page?]

9. Printing

During printing, the screen displays "Printing". It returns to the home interface upon completion. You can pause printing with the phone APP or the "Paper Exit/OK" button.

04 Installing App

1. Before using the printer, install the NIIMBOT app from Google Play or the App Store.

05 Connecting and Printing

1. Open the NIIMBOT app and turn on Bluetooth on your phone. [Bluetooth Icon: Connected]
2. On Home, tap "Connect smart label printer", then select the device model. Notice: If a PIN is required, input 0000 or 1234.
3. After connecting, tap "Current label template" on the Home tab to enter the label editor.

Please read all instructions and warnings carefully before using this product to ensure proper functioning and your safety.

Warnings

• Do not disassemble the product without authorization. Disassembled products cannot be returned or exchanged.
• Do not wipe the product with corrosive chemicals or cleaning agents.
• Do not use the product near flammable products such as gas stations or fuel depots.

1. Keep the product and accessories out of the reach of children; they must be used under the supervision and guidance of a guardian.
2. Turn off the power immediately if water gets into the product.
3. Turn off the power immediately in case of any product malfunction.
4. If using a power adapter, always use one that is safe, regulatory-compliant, and compatible.
5. Do not disassemble the product to replace the battery. Improper operation may cause an explosion.
6. The battery contains a special protection circuit; do not disassemble it without authorization, otherwise, it may cause a short circuit or leakage. If electrolyte gets into your eyes, flush with water immediately and seek medical help.
7. Do not expose the product and power adapter to high temperature or high humidity. Do not put them in water; otherwise, a short circuit may occur, and the battery may heat up, smoke, deform, damage, or explode.
8. If smoke or smell comes from the product or power adapter, unplug the adapter immediately and avoid burns.
