INTRODUCTION
AKVOSEGOTM bath child seat is highly helpful while taking care of disabled children. The use of product makes bath easier do to the fact that child is secured and he/she is not going to sustain any injury. Furthermore, parent can perform all bath activities single-handedly. Child adapts stable as well as comfortable position thanks to which it is easier for him/her to take a bath.
AKVOSEGOTM bath child seat is made of aluminium pipes and their construction is neutral for harmful water influence. It is also equipped with adjustment of tilt angle concerning footrest, seat and backrest which make it possible to adjust the product to child's needs.
Upholstery is made of polyamide netting which does not absorb water influence. It is also equipped with adjustable head, trunk and feet support which protect child when he or she experiences involuntary movements. The construction of product is simple which makes the product easy to use while bathing. It easily fits in standard bathtub and, moreover, it adjusts to child's needs. It is possible to adjust upholstery with the aid of stabilizing belts. Upper frame of bath chair can be lowered which can be helpful while washing child's hair. Bath chair is equipped with foam covers which protect bathtub against mechanical damages.

THE PURPOSE OF USER MANUAL
This manual contains information necessary for correct use of AKVOSEGOTM bath child seat, preparation of the device before the use, maintenance and cleaning as well as the guarantee conditions. Manual should be kept in an easy accessible place.
The manual is addressed to the parents, doctors and physicaltherapistis who take direct care of handicap children.
CAUTION! Before using the product, user is obliged to familiarize himself/herself with user manual.
Please, remember that following the rules of the manual enables safe use of the product, its extended life and esthetics.
INDICATIONS FOR USE
Bath child seat AKVOSEGOTM is created for children with infantile cerebral palsy (CP) to maintain their health and hygiene. CP depends on its stage and can occurs as an:  Hemiplegia, characterized by only one side muscles weakness, based on muscles spasticity or flaccid paralysis.  Diplegia usually involves lower limbs where gait learning is very difficult. Patients often use walkers or crutches.  Bilateral hemiplegia is connected with extension position and limited motions. With age, paresis of limbs can occur, mainly of upper limbs. Trunk and head musles are weak, usually.  Tetraplegia involves whole body: head, trunk and limbs. Patients, depending on stage, can crawl, sit or lie.

5 THE ADJUSTMENT OF BATH CHILD SEAT
It is necessary to use special joints so as to adjust AKVOSEGOTM bath child seat. It is possible to adjust following parts of AKVOSEGOTM bath child seat:

THE TILT ANGLE OF BATH CHILD SEAT
Every standard AKVOSEGOTM bath child seat is equipped with head support, trunk stabilizing belt and feet stabilizing belts. All these parts secure the patient while using the product. Please follow these steps mentioned below to use the product: STEP 1. Fix belt with head stabilizing pelottes at chosen height. Belt should be fastened at the back of seat by means of Velcro tapes. The distance of pelottes can be adjusted.

STEP 2. Fix trunk stabilizing belt. Belt is fastened with the aid of Velcro tapes and it can be fixed at any height. It is necessary to thread belt through grommets which are situated on either backrest or seat. Next, fasten the belt.
STEP 3. Fix feet stabilizing belts. Belts are fastened with the aid of Velcro tapes and they can be fixed at any height. It is necessary to thread belts through grommets which are situated on footrest. Next, fasten belts.
STEP 4. The next step is to attach the pelvic-thigh belt. The belt ensures an adequate level of stability and safety while sitting in the seat. To attach the belt, the bottom strap with buckles must be put under the seat and then fastened.

Afterwards, insert the two side straps into regulators as explained below. Properly attached belt is shown in the last picture.

5.2. Seat depth adjustment In order to adjust the depth of seat, there is necessary to press the buttons on both sides at the same time.
5.3. Upholster Tension of upholster can be easily adjusted by straps with Velcros that are located under the chair.

6 HOW TO FIX BODYMAP CUSHION ON BATH CHILD SEAT
All BodyMap cushions are waterproof and highly thanks to which it is recommended to use them together with AKVOSEGOTM bath child seat so as to enhance upright standing and secure the patient while performing nursing activities.
Please follow steps mentioned below to fix BodyMap cushion: STEP 1. Disassemble head support, trunk stabilizing belt and feet stabilizing belts. STEP 2. Fix BodyMap cushions with the aid of fastening set that is included in optional equipment for AKVOSEGOTM bath child seat . Each set is equipped with pelvic-thigh belt, two wide belts that stabilize the patient and three Velcro tapes that are used to place BodyMap cushion on seat .

Before fixing the BodyMap cushion on the both seat, it is necessery to assemble special Velcros in lower, medium and upper part of the seat. Self-adhesive surface of BodyMap cushion makes it possible to fix it quickly on bath seat.
STEP 3. Then fix belts stabilizing the patient. Belts are fastened by Velcro tapes and buckle. Below you can see the conect assembling process:

STEP 4. To fix BodyMap cushion it is necessary to unfasten stabilizing belts. Place cushion on AKVOSEGOTM bath child seat in a way that its self-adhesive surface touches bath seat's upholstery. Next, place the patient on cushion and fasten stabilizing belts. Please remember that BodyMap cushion has to be shaped according to patient's body because only then cushion correctly stabilizes the patient both in sitting. Please familiarize yourself with the guidelines concerning shaping the cushions which are included in user manual for cushions.

7 THE USE OF PRODUCT
CAUTION! The product has to be used with compliance to guidelines included in this user manual and with trained person. Before every using, there is necessery to prepare the patient and the device!
Please follow these steps below before the use of product: · Unfold the device, · Place the device on even surface, without slopes, · Make sure that all parts are serviceable, correctly mounted and stable, · Adjust bath seat and head support to patient's measurements, · Unfasten trunk stabilizing belt and feet stabilizing belts, · Place the patient in bath seat and secure him/her by set of belts from standard equipment.
If product is used together with BodyMap cushion; first fix cushion on bath chair with the set of fastening and then shape it according to patient's body.
our device works correctly only when the product is adjusted according to patient's height as well as weight. Remember to take all these measurements into account while purchasing the product. Correct
adjustment of bath chair is the most important thing due to the fact that only then the product is safe. It is forbidden to force child to keep
specific position because he/she will feel uncomfortable and it may lead to wrong posture.
CAUTION! Befor using, remember to make sure that all belts and locking are correctly adjusted and fastened.

8 SAFETY RULES
CAUTION! AKVOSEGOTM bath child seat should be used in compliance with guidelines described in instruction manual.
It is highly important to consult either doctor or physiotherapist in order to make right decision concerning the choice of AKVOSEGOTM bath child seat and its size. It is essential to familiarize with the guidelines described in instruction manual before using the device.
1. Before using the product, it is essential to make sure that:
· make sure that there are no damages or different faults which could endanger patient's life. Make sure that all parts are operating correctly and are properly mounted. Moreover, make sure that there are no cracks as well as deformities,
· make sure that all screws, nuts and other threaded, glued and sewn parts are firmly tightened;
· make sure that buckles are operating correctly; · always use stabilizing belts: Velcro tapes from these belts has to overlap
min. 8cm; · adjust the product to patient's measurements as well as needs; · secure the patient with the aid of head support, trunk stabilizing belt and
feet stabilizing belts. It is necessary due to the fact that it protects the patient against falling out of the device. 2. It is forbidden to use bath chair for different purposes than it is intended to. 3. It is forbidden to use bath chair if it is destroyed or any part is missing. 4. It is forbidden to leave the patient unattended. 5. It is forbidden to use the product without trained person or medical staff. 6. It is necessary to fold and secure bath child seat during transportation in order to avoid any possible damages. Manufacturer doesn't take responsibility for damages which appeared due to improper preparation of the device during transportation.

7. The product as well as upholstery are made of limited flame spread materials, however, it is forbidden to place the product close to fire or high temperatures. Bath child seat cannot be stored as well as used in rooms with high humidity.
CAUTION! The product contains small parts which children may swallow. CAUTION! It is forbidden to make any changes concerning seat's structure due to the fact that it is dangerous and it results in loosing warranty. CAUTION! It is forbidden to exceed permissible weight load while using the product. All information concerning weight load is described on nameplate. Additionally, you can familiarize yourself with the table which you can find in this user manual on page 7. CAUTION! AKVOSEGOTM bath child seat should be used in compliance with guidelines described in instruction manual.

9 MAINTENANCE AND CLEANING
AKVOSEGOTM bath child seat should be kept clean and used in compliance with the manufacturer's recommendations. The device should be kept in clean, dry and ventilated room. Maintenance as well as cleaning have to be performed at least once a month. Regular cleaning and maintenance of bath child seat are indispensable to maintain its correct functionality as well as safety.
It is highly advisable to remember about proper maintenance in order to extend product's aesthetics.
So as to do that, it is essential to comply with these guidelines:
· It is possible to disassemble upholstery and clean it with the aid of washing machine, Maximum temperature is 60 degrees;
· It is forbidden to clean upholstery by means of solvents and caustic chemicals;
· In case of disinfection of upholstery, use products which are intended for it; · Do not chlorinate; · Do not iron; · Dry far from sources of fire.
CAUTION! Manufacturer takes no responsibility for damages caused by use of wrong clearing agent.
CAUTION! Manufacturer takes responsibility only for latent defect or damages which appeared despite the fact that user complied with the guidelines.
