This document serves as the ATTACK PRO User Manual and Operation Guide.
Device Overview
The watch features several key components:
- Upper right button: Long press to switch the device on and off; short press to turn off the screen.
- Bottom right button: Acts as a 'Back' function or accesses the secondary menu.
- Upper left button: Accesses heart rate monitoring features.
- Bottom left button: Accesses sports mode.
- Display screen: Shows time, notifications, and other information.
Setting Up Your Watch
The ATTACK PRO is compatible with Android 4.4 and iOS 8.2 or above. To get started, download and install the Da Fit app.
- For Android users: Search for 'Da Fit' in the Google Play Store app market to download it.
- For iOS users: Search for 'Da Fit' in the App Store to download it.
Charging and Basic Troubleshooting
Charging:
- Before using the product for the first time, please charge it for 2 hours.
- If the connection between the charging cable and the charger is unstable, please reconnect the data cable and the charger.
- If you cannot turn on the device or charge it, use a 5V/2A or higher charger to charge the device for more than 20 minutes to activate the battery.
Navigating Your Watch
Swipe gestures:
- Swipe the screen to the left: Accesses Voice assistant, call records, today's data, health monitoring, weather, camera control, music playback, and breathing training.
- Swipe the screen right: Accesses the secondary menu.
- Slide Down Screen: Accesses Phone functions, About This Phone, Menu View, Vibrate On/Off, and Brightness settings.
- Swipe Up Screen: Displays information.
Bluetooth Connection
To connect your watch to your smartphone:
- Download and open the Da Fit APP.
- Search for the Bluetooth device named "ATTACK PRO".
- Connect to Bluetooth 5.1.
Key Functions
- Dial Mode: Long press the dial interface to switch between different watch faces.
- Call Function: Make calls, conduct hands-free calls, hang up, view call records, sync contacts, and adjust volume.
- Menu: Access the main menu, which offers 8 sets of different UI styles that can be switched at will.
- Information Push: After the phone is connected to the watch, it will vibrate to remind you of incoming calls and text messages.
Health and Activity Tracking
- Weather: After the watch is connected to the APP, the weather interface will display the current weather status.
- Music: After the watch is connected to the APP, it can control the music player on your phone.
- Sports: Supports tracking for Walking, running, cycling, hiking, rope skipping, basketball, volleyball, badminton, tennis, football, golf, table tennis, rock climbing, and more than 100 other sports.
- Sports Data: Displays the number of steps, distance, and calories recorded on the day. You can also set exercise goals within the APP.
- Heart Rate: Heart rate measurement begins when the green light is on. A vibration reminder is provided upon completion.
- Blood Pressure: For blood pressure measurement, the green light will start the measurement. A vibration reminder is provided after completion.
- Sleep Monitoring: Displays the sleep monitoring status for the day.
- Blood Oxygen: A vibration reminder is provided when blood oxygen measurement is completed.
Common Problems and Solutions
- Watch won't turn on: Please press and hold the power button for more than 3 seconds. The battery power may be too low; please charge it in time.
- Bluetooth is not connected or unable to connect:
- Please try restarting the watch and reconnecting.
- Please try restarting your phone's Bluetooth and connecting again.
- Do not connect the mobile phone to other Bluetooth devices simultaneously.
- Inaccurate measurement of heart rate/blood pressure/blood oxygen:
- Generally, this is caused by poor contact between the watch sensor and the human body during measurement.
- Please ensure the sensor is in full contact with your wrist during measurement.
- For individuals with darker skin or more arm hair, please enable the enhanced measurement feature in the App: [Device] > [Enhanced Measurement].
- Sleep data is not accurate enough:
- Sleep monitoring simulates a person's natural falling asleep and waking time state and requires the watch to be worn normally.
- Errors may occur if the watch is worn when falling asleep too late or during sleep.
- Sleep data is not monitored during the day. The default sleep monitoring period is from 9:30 PM to 12:00 PM the next day.
