- Ensure the oven is not too close to walls, curtains, or placed directly on its support surface to prevent fire hazards.

Operation
Before First Use
Remove and wash the grill, tray, and waste tray. Heat the empty oven to maximum temperature for 10 minutes. Some smoke or smell may occur during the first few minutes of operation.
Using the Oven
Temperature Selector
Turn the selector to choose the desired temperature, from 90°C to 230°C, considering the type of food.
Cooking Selector
Select the appropriate cooking position using the selector, which controls the heating elements. Turning to the first position turns the unit OFF.
- Upper resistance
- Lower resistance
- Upper and lower resistance
- Upper resistance + convection function
- Upper and lower resistance + convection function
Timer
Turn the timer selector to the desired time (up to 60 minutes). The indicator light will illuminate. The oven will signal and turn off automatically when the time is up.
Note: You can adjust any selector during cooking. To turn off manually, turn the timer selector to OFF.
All three selectors must be adjusted for proper operation. If only time is set without a cooking position, the oven will not work.
Interior Light
The interior light helps monitor cooking and turns on/off with the timer.
Positioning Rails
Adjust the tray and grill to three different height positions using the rails.
Waste Tray
Always use the waste tray to keep the oven clean. A dirty oven may increase cooking time. Be careful when removing hot liquids to avoid burns.
