Turn off and unplug the vacuum after use.

Clean the exterior with a soft, damp cloth, followed by a soft, dry cloth. Do not use harsh liquids.

Replacing the Dust Bag

If the bag status indicator turns on, check and replace the dust bag if necessary.

Press the release pedal, lift the dust bag compartment lid, remove the old bag (discard or empty if reusable), and insert a new bag. Close the lid.

Note: The bag status indicator may also flash if there is a blockage. Check for the cause of the blockage.

Filters

The motor protection filter (located near the bag) should be removed and rinsed with water twice a year or when visibly clogged. Replace if damaged.

If the filter is worn, clean it by removing the grille and shaking out accumulated dirt. Reinstall the filter and grille.

To maintain optimal performance, wash the motor protection filter and the exhaust filter (HEPA) after every 5 bag replacements. Hand wash filters in lukewarm water and allow them to dry completely before reinstallation. Do not use hot water or detergents. Replace damaged filters.

Do not use the vacuum without the bag and filters installed.
