Battery and Charging Safety
- Do not disassemble, repair, or modify the product (risk of leakage, overheating, electric shock).
- Do not use the power adapter or charging dock near heat sources or in wet locations (risk of overheating, fire, malfunction).
- Use only genuine Roborock batteries, power adapters, and charging docks (risk of malfunction).
- Do not wipe the adapter or charging dock with a wet cloth or touch them with wet hands (risk of electric shock).
- Use only the specified power adapter (E060-1P300190VU or YJS060P-3001900J) (risk of leakage, overheating, fire, electric shock).
- Do not charge unspecified products (risk of fire, burns, electric shock, malfunction).
- Do not immerse the product in water (risk of malfunction).
- Turn off the power before cleaning to prevent injury from moving parts (risk of injury).

- For long-term storage, fully charge the battery, unplug the device, and store it in a cool, dry place. Recharge every 3 months to prevent over-discharge.

Preparation Before Use
Attaching the Main Unit
- Align the handle with the main unit, ensuring the power button side faces forward, and push until it clicks into place.
- To remove the handle, first remove the clean water tank. Then, press the button located on the side where the clean water tank was, and pull the handle upwards.

Setting up the Drying-equipped Charging Dock
- Align the protrusions on the charging dock base with the corresponding grooves on the tray and securely attach them.
- Connect the power cable to the power input port on the back of the charging dock base. The cable can be routed from either the left or right side.
- To detach the charging dock base and tray, lift the tray by its ends.

Connecting to the App
- Download the App: Search for "Roborock" on the App Store or Google Play, or scan the QR code to download the app.

- Reset WiFi: With the main unit upright, press the [Power Button] to light up the LED panel. This enters standby mode. Press and hold both the [Power Button] and the [Mode Switching Button] simultaneously until you hear the voice prompt "WiFi has been reset." The WiFi indicator light will blink slowly, indicating the reset is complete.

Note: If your WiFi router settings change, you forget your password, or the smartphone cannot connect, reset the WiFi and re-add the device.
- Add Device: Open the app, tap "+", and follow the on-screen instructions to add the device. Refer to the Quick Start Guide for more details.
Notes:
- App screens and specifications may change due to updates. Always follow the app's instructions.
- This product does not support 5GHz WiFi networks. Please use a 2.4GHz WiFi network.
- If the device is left unconnected for over 30 minutes, WiFi will automatically disable. To reconnect, reset WiFi.
Operation
Filling the Water Tank
- Press the Clean Water Tank Release Button to remove the clean water tank.
- Open the clean water tank cover, fill with water, and close it securely. Do not fill beyond the MAX line.
- Insert the clean water tank back into the main unit, starting with the bottom.
Note: Use only water in the clean water tank to prevent deformation. Do not add hot water or detergent.
Adding Detergent
Note: Use only detergent recommended by Roborock.
- Press the Detergent Tank Release Button to remove the detergent tank.
- Open the detergent tank lid, add detergent, and close the lid securely.
- Attach the detergent tank to the main unit head.
Notes:
- One full detergent tank can clean approximately 20 clean water tanks worth of area.
- The detergent tank can be removed if detergent is not needed.
- Use only Roborock-recommended detergents to avoid damage.
Locking and Unlocking the Main Unit
To lock the main unit head: Place your foot on the side opposite the detergent tank (indicated by the left arrow in the diagram) and push the handle towards the main unit head (in the direction of the locked state shown in the right diagram) until it clicks. To unlock: Pull the handle towards you (in the direction of the unlocked state shown in the right diagram) to release the lock on the main unit head.

Starting Cleaning
Unlock the main unit head, tilt the unit, and press the Power Button to start cleaning.
Note: The unit will not operate if the main unit head is locked. Ensure it is unlocked before cleaning.

Note: To prevent dirty water leakage from the dirty water tank, keep the unit level or tilted no more than 60 degrees while the dirty water tank is installed.

Switching Modes
Press the Mode Switching Button to cycle through Auto, MAX, Suction, and Eco modes. The selected mode icon will be displayed on the LED panel.

Notes:
- The Suction mode is not recommended for wet floors with more than 10mm of standing water.
- Suction mode operates for a maximum of 1 minute before returning to Auto mode.
- Mode settings adjust both suction power and water flow.
Adjusting Suction Opening
For heavily soiled floors, adjust the suction opening using the suction opening adjustment switch. Moving the switch to the left increases suction for debris. Moving it to the right helps prevent suction of small objects or obstacles, which could cause the unit to malfunction.

Standby Mode and Powering Off
- Press the Power Button during cleaning to pause and enter standby mode.
- In standby mode, you can lock the main unit head and place the unit upright.
- Lock the main unit head and press and hold the Power Button for 2 seconds to turn off the unit. The unit will automatically power off after 5 minutes of inactivity in standby mode.
Note: The app allows for automatic cleaning to start without pressing the power button after unlocking the main unit head.
Refilling and Replacing Tanks
The unit will notify you via voice prompt and the LED panel when the clean water tank is low or the dirty water tank is full. Refill the clean water tank and empty the dirty water tank before continuing use.

Replacing the Dirty Water Tank
- Press the Dirty Water Tank Release Button and remove the tank.
- Hold the handle of the dirty water tank firmly and lift it out slowly.
- Empty the dirty water from the tank. If there are solid debris, remove them using the mesh on the underside of the dirty water tank cover.
- Attach the dirty water tank cover back onto the dirty water tank. When reattaching to the main unit, insert the bottom first, then secure it in place.

Charging and Auto-Cleaning
- Lock the main unit head and place the unit on the charging dock. Charging begins when you hear the voice prompt "Charging." To start auto-cleaning, press the "Auto-Cleaning" button. Press and hold the "Auto-Cleaning" button for 2 seconds to switch to the powerful auto-cleaning mode.
- To prevent odors, always empty the dirty water tank after auto-cleaning is complete.

Roller Brush Auto-Drying
After auto-cleaning is complete, the roller brush drying function will start automatically. While charging, you can press the Power Button to start or stop the drying function.

Notes:
- The unit is equipped with a lithium-ion battery. To maintain battery performance, keep the unit charged at all times during normal use.
- After use, return the unit to the charging dock to prevent water stains on the floor.
Voice Prompt Settings
You can adjust the volume of voice prompts or turn off the voice prompt function via the app.

Long-Term Storage: If not using the unit for an extended period, turn it off, charge it at least once every 3 months to prevent battery degradation, and store it in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
Main Unit
Turn off the power before cleaning. Wipe the main unit with a soft, dry cloth.
Dirty Water Sensor and Filter
- Remove the dirty water tank. Open the sensor located on the back of the dirty water tank cover. Clean the sensor with the included cleaning tool and rinse with water. Reattach it until it clicks into place.

Note: Do not wash the main unit head directly with water.
- Remove the filter from the dirty water tank cover and clear any debris. If the filter is dirty, rinse it with tap water.

- Ensure all parts are completely dry (at least 24 hours) before reassembling.
Notes:
- Replace the filter with the included one as needed.
- Do not scrub the filter vigorously with brushes or scrape it with your fingernails, as this may cause damage.
Roller Brushes
- Remove the main unit from the charging dock and turn off the power.
- Place the main unit on a flat, hard floor and lock the main unit head.
- Rotate the rear roller brush cover to the unlock position and remove the rear roller brush.

- While holding the main unit head with one hand, remove the front roller brushes by pulling them outwards.

- Use the cleaning tool to remove any hair tangled around the roller brushes.
Note: Be careful not to injure yourself when scraping forcefully.
- Insert the rear roller brush, aligning the arrow upwards as shown in the diagram. Rotate the rear roller brush cover to the lock position until it clicks.

- Before attaching the front roller brushes, check their inner colors (red and blue). Then, align the roller brushes with the corresponding red and blue identification marks on the main unit head and install them.

Main Unit Head and Dirty Water Pipe
- Remove the dirty water tank, front roller brush, and rear roller brush. Turn off the power. Place the main unit on a flat floor as shown in the diagram.
- Clean the roller brush grooves and the dirty water pipe using the included cleaning tool.
- Wipe any dirt from the charging contacts with a dry cloth.
- Reattach the roller brushes and dirty water tank to their original positions.

Charging Dock Tray
- Lift the charging dock tray by its ends to remove it.

Solution

Warranty Terms
1. (Scope of Warranty)
This warranty covers free repair or exchange for defects that occur during normal use, as per the instruction manual, product label, and stated precautions, within the warranty period specified in this warranty certificate. This warranty does not guarantee performance or results expected by the customer from the Roborock Dyad Pro.
2. (Validity of Warranty)
This warranty certificate promises free exchange/repair of the Roborock Dyad Pro to which it is attached, based on the terms and duration specified herein. It does not limit the customer's legal rights.
3. (Warranty Coverage)
This warranty covers only the main unit of the Roborock Dyad Pro.
4. (Customer Responsibilities)
For warranty repair or exchange, please contact the Roborock Customer Support Center in advance and send the product with the warranty card via cash-on-delivery. For paid repairs after the warranty period or repairs due to incorrect usage, shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
5. (Warranty Period)
The warranty period is calculated from the date of purchase as stated on the warranty certificate. If the purchase date is not filled in, it will be determined from receipts or purchase records.
6. (Handling of Personal Information)
Personal information provided will be used for warranty service and subsequent safety checks. Information may be shared with repair contractors, but will be handled in accordance with privacy laws and Roborock's privacy policy.
7. (Exclusions from Warranty)
The following cases are subject to paid repair, even within the warranty period:
- Failure to present this warranty certificate, store receipt, or proof of purchase.
- Tampering with the warranty certificate or product label.
- Damage or malfunction caused by natural disasters (typhoons, floods, earthquakes, lightning), secondary disasters, fire, pollution, or abnormal voltage.
- Damage or malfunction caused by failure to follow instructions in the manual, on the product label, or stated precautions.
- Damage or malfunction caused by modification or disassembly by the user or a third party, or by improper use.
- Damage or malfunction caused by transportation, movement, drops, impacts, or storage under adverse conditions.
- Repair or replacement of accessories, consumables, or parts subject to wear and tear due to normal use.
- Products obtained through resale, second-hand sales, transfer, or auctions.
- Use of the product outside of Japan.
- Other cases deemed by Roborock Customer Support to require paid service.
