⚠️ Note: Use only Yealink-provided or approved accessories. Using third-party accessories may result in product malfunction or damage. Use only the original Yealink power adapter (48V/0.7A). Using a third-party adapter may cause irreparable damage.
Endpoint Connections
The MeetingBar A30 features several ports for connectivity:
- Power: DC48V input via power adapter.
- Video Output: HDMI 1 and HDMI 2 ports for connecting displays.
- Audio Input/Output: Line In and Line Out ports.
- Network: Internet port (RJ45 Ethernet) for network connectivity.
- Peripheral: VC Hub/Phone port (RJ45 Ethernet) for connecting compatible devices.
- Reset: A reset button is available.
The CTP18 touch panel connects via PoE (Power over Ethernet) using an Ethernet cable.
Note: If connecting a touch display, the A30 can be operated via remote control or touch control. If connecting a non-touch display, use the remote control, mouse, or CTP18.
Installation
The MeetingBar A30 can be mounted on a wall, on a TV stand, or placed on a desk.
Wall Mounting
Preparation: Remove the protective cover from the device.
Mounting Bracket: Assemble the provided wall mount bracket. The recommended height for optimal camera view is 1.1 meters (approximately 3.6 feet) above the floor. Ensure the mounting height is considered relative to the TV placement (e.g., H>120cm or H<120cm). Drilling specifications for wall mounting typically involve holes of 6mm diameter and 30mm depth, secured with T4x30 screws.
TV Mounting
The device can be mounted onto a TV using a separate Yealink TV mounting bracket. This bracket is sold separately.
Desktop Installation
The MeetingBar A30 can be placed directly on a desk or table. Silicone support pads are provided to help stabilize the unit.
Camera Tilt Adjustment
The camera angle can be adjusted vertically. Diagrams indicate a tilt range, with markings suggesting adjustments up to 15 degrees.
Pairing the CTP18 Touch Panel
For Microsoft Teams: Log in to both the CTP18 and the MeetingBar A30 with the same Microsoft account. Enter the PIN code displayed on the screen when prompted. The system will automatically pair.
For Zoom: Enter the IP address of the system when prompted. The system will automatically pair with the CTP18.
