Safety Regulations
- When installing the product, observe all instructions provided in the user manual. It is suggested to use all components provided by Yosepower. Serious injuries may be incurred due to damaged screws or malfunctioning nuts.
- Please wear goggles or other eye protection when repairing the bike or replacing components.
- If the user manual content does not cover your specific product, browse the official website (www.yosepower.com) or contact the Yosepower team.
- Keep the user manual in a proper place for future reference.
Notices of User Manual
- Do not pay too much attention to the E-Bike display screen while riding, as accidents may occur.
- Ensure the wheels and tires are correctly installed on the bike. Serious injuries may be incurred if these components are not correctly installed. Contact the Yosepower team for assistance if needed.
- When riding the E-Bike, be very familiar with the characteristics of the bike when it is activated or deactivated.
- If the bike is suddenly activated and you are not familiar with its characteristics, accidents will occur.
- Turn on the light if you ride the bike at night or in places with insufficient light.

- Observe the safety instructions in the user manual for your safety.
- When using the product, observe safety instructions provided by safety inspectors or the user manual. The product is not suitable for individuals with mental disabilities, physical disabilities, or those without bicycle riding experience and relevant knowledge, including children.
- Do not modify the system, as improper modifications will cause it to malfunction.
- Contact the Yosepower team for help with installation and adjustments.
- The product is designed to be completely waterproof and can be safely used in moist places. However, do not immerse the product in water intentionally.
- Do not use high-pressure water jets to wash the bike. Water contact with components can cause the bike to malfunction and components to rust.
- Handle the product with care to prevent serious impact.
- Some safety instructions are also indicated by relevant warning marks on the product.
- Contact Yosepower for any questions regarding the maintenance team.
- Abrasion due to normal use is not covered by the warranty.
E-Bike Assembling & Repair Guide
- Remove the battery before installing components and cables to prevent accidents.
- When installing the E-bike, observe all user manual instructions. Incorrectly tightened screws/nuts or damaged components can lead to the E-bike falling over and causing serious injuries.
- Maintenance and repair frequencies vary based on E-bike usage. The bike system should be periodically cleaned using proper cleaning products. Use a neutral detergent and a soft cloth or low-pressure water jet to wash the bike, then dry it. Properly use suggested oils to lubricate rotational components.

Installation Steps
Step 1: Prepare the Bicycle
Remove Original Front Wheel
Photo 1, 2: Show the process of removing the original front wheel from the bicycle.
Brake Disk/Tire Installation
- Photo 1: Unscrew the original brake disc and install it onto the motor using a hex wrench. (Attention: Use the screws from the motor to fasten the disc; otherwise, the motor may not function correctly.)
- Photo 2, 3: Remove the original tire and guard ring, then install them onto the motor wheel. The guard ring protects the tire.
- Photo 4: Install the original tire onto the motor hub.
Step 2: Install Front Wheel
Front Wheel Installation (For R1)
Photo 1: Shows the motor axle components: (1) Washer (with part bulge), (2) Shim, (3) Nut, (4) Waterproof cover.

Photo 3: Illustrates the assembly sequence: Place the washer, shim, and nut onto the motor axle. Place the wheel into the fork, with the washer between the motor and fork. Fasten the nut using an adjustable wrench. Ensure the motor cable faces downwards, covering the waterproof plug for waterproofing and dustproofing.
Diagrams show "Washer install direction" and "Cable direction" with a "Spring sheath around the cable corner to protect the cable".
Front Wheel Installation (For R1 PRO)
Photo 1: Shows the motor axle components: (1) Washer (with part bulge), (2) Shim, (3) Nut.

Photo 3: Illustrates the assembly sequence: Place the washer, shim, and nut onto the motor axle. Place the wheel into the fork, with the washer between the motor and fork. Fasten the nut using an adjustable wrench. Ensure the motor cable faces downwards, covering the waterproof plug for waterproofing and dustproofing.
Attention: The front wheel motor wire of R1 PRO is on the left side. Install it correctly according to the arrow position indicated on the motor.

Step 3: Install Handlebar Components
Brake Lever and Throttle Installation
- Place a brake lever on each side of the handlebar. Find the most comfortable position and fix the levers with a hex wrench.
- Photo 1, 2: Disconnect the original brake line and connect it to the new brake lever.
- Photo 3, 4: Place the throttle on the handlebar, find a comfortable position, and fasten it with a hex wrench.
Display Installation
- Mount the bracket for the LCD display on the left or right handlebar. Tighten after finding a comfortable position.
- Please set the correct wheel diameter data; otherwise, incorrect speed will be displayed. (Default value: 26 inches)

Install the PAS Sensor
- Using a puller and adjustable wrench, remove the left crank.
- Install the PAS sensor. (Attention: The spline of the PAS sensor must match well with the crank spline.)
- Finally, install and fasten the left crank.

Step 4: Install Rear Rack
Rear Rack Assembling
Photo 1, 2: Prepare the rear rack battery, unlock, and take out the battery for easier assembly.
Photo 3, 4: Assemble the rear rack structure. (Please find remark 'A' to identify the correct direction/installation surface.)
Screw Types:
- A: M6*20mmX8
- B: M5*17mmX2
- C: M5*16mmX2
- D: M5*12mmX2
Photo 5, 6: Use screw A and tighten it.
Photo 7, 8: Install screws A on both edge sides to secure the rack.
Adjustable Lever and Rear Rack Assembling (for V-brake)
Photo 1: Prepare the adjustable lever for V-brake.
Photo 2-4: Fix the adjustable lever to the bicycle's rear frame using screw D. Pay attention to the upper and lower holes and keep it vertical. Find the correct height hole to fix your rear rack.
Adjustable Lever and Rear Rack Assembling (for Disc Brake)
Photo 1: Prepare the adjustable lever for disc brake.
Photo 2-4: Fix the adjustable lever to the bicycle's rear frame using screw D. Pay attention to the upper and lower holes and keep it vertical. Find the correct height hole to fix your rear rack.
Step 5: Final Assembly
Insert the Battery
Photo 1-3: Insert the battery pack into the battery holder.
Final Connections
Finally, install the battery and controller in the correct position, connect all connectors, and your e-bike is ready.
