To claim your free detergent and warranty, you can:

• Online: Visit www.bosch-home.co.uk/laundry-detergent to complete the online claim form.
• Post: Complete the claim form below and send it with a copy of your purchase receipt and a photograph of your appliance's E.Nr. panel to: 'Bosch Laundry Detergent Promotion 2024', The Cow Shed, Walnut Tree Farm, Lower Stretton, Cheshire WA4 4PG.

All claims must be received by 18.03.2025.

Terms and Conditions

The Bosch Washing Machine Laundry Detergent Promotion is an offer by the Promoter for a gift of 6 months' supply of Ariel or Fairy Laundry Detergent ("Gift") to purchasers of selected 5-year warranty Bosch Washing Machine models. Claims are valid for purchases made between 23rd December 2024 and 18th February 2025, with valid claims received by 18th March 2025. The Gift will be either Ariel Bio Laundry Detergent or Fairy Non-Bio Laundry Detergent.

This is a consumer-only promotion. Purchases of graded, seconds, replacements, imperfect products, or those on trade/contract basis are excluded. The promotion is open to UK, Channel Islands, Isle of Man, and Northern Ireland residents aged 18 and over.

To claim, claimants must complete the online form or submit a postal form with required documentation (receipt, E.Nr. panel photo). Claims must be received by 18th March 2025. If the E.Nr. number is not available at the time of claim due to delayed delivery, it can be submitted later, but all claims and supporting evidence must be received before 1st April 2025.

Original purchase receipts are mandatory; deposit receipts and order confirmations are not accepted. Claims are at the claimant's risk. The Promoter reserves the right to investigate and reject fraudulent or invalid claims. If the purchased product is returned, the Gift must also be returned. In case of gift unavailability, an alternative or cash substitute may be offered.

Claims on purchases made on Amazon and supplied by a third party are not accepted; only products supplied directly by Amazon are eligible.

Allow up to 3 weeks from claim approval for detergent delivery. All submitted forms and receipts become the property of the Promoter and will not be returned.
