FAQs
1. What should I do if I can't connect to the network?
Wired Connection: Ensure the camera is connected via network cable and use the "Network cable to add camera" option in the app.
Wi-Fi Connection: Verify the Wi-Fi password, do not plug in the network cable, listen for the startup music, reset the camera using the reset pin, and then follow the "network cable to add camera" prompts (Note: This seems to be a contradiction in the instructions, likely meaning to follow the Wi-Fi setup prompts after reset). Consider using a network cable if experiencing interference or high Wi-Fi usage. Ensure the camera is powered by its standard adapter.
2. What is the problem of image jamming?
Ensure adequate upload bandwidth (recommended 2M+) for the camera's network and download bandwidth (recommended 2M+) for your phone's network. If using Wi-Fi, reduce the number of users on the network or try a wired connection for the camera.
3. Is it normal for the camera to enter slowly in the "connected" state when adding?
Yes, this is normal as camera user information is being saved to the cloud service. This ensures that if your phone is lost, your camera information is preserved and easily accessible by logging into your account on a new device.
