FAQs (Frequently Asked Questions)
1. What should I do if I can't connect to the network?
A: If the camera is 100% connected to the network when using a network cable, open "Network cable to add camera" on the add page in the APP.
B: If you use Wi-Fi, ensure the Wi-Fi password is correct. Do not plug in the network cable. Listen for the camera's startup music. After resetting with the reset pin, select "network cable to add camera" (or the appropriate Wi-Fi adding option) and follow the prompts. If there is strong electrical interference nearby, or if Wi-Fi usage is at its peak, it is recommended to use a network cable for connection.
Note: Ensure the camera is powered on and you can hear music from the camera during normal startup. The camera requires the standard power supply provided with it; a mobile phone's power supply cannot guarantee normal operation.
2. What is the problem of image jamming?
The camera needs a certain upload bandwidth to maintain a stable connection. It is recommended that the upstream bandwidth of the network where the camera is located should be more than 2Mbps, and the downstream bandwidth of the network where the mobile phone is located should be more than 2Mbps. If the camera is connected to Wi-Fi, more people using Wi-Fi will also cause image lag. It is recommended that the camera be connected via a network cable and tried again.
3. Is it normal for the camera to connect slowly in the "connected" state when adding?
It is normal because the camera's user information is being saved to the cloud service at this time, which requires time for communication. If the mobile phone is accidentally lost in the future, as long as the login account remains unchanged, all camera information does not need to be re-entered.
