Standard Features

Standard Oven

- Spring-assisted, counterweight oven door
- Two chrome-plated oven racks included (additional racks optional)

Convection Oven (Optional)

Griddles
- 1" thick steel griddle plate
- 3" wide grease collector
- One burner per 12", rated at 20,000 BTU/hr.

Dimensions and Clearances
The ranges have a width of 60" and a depth of 32 1/2". The cooking height is 36". Specific dimensions for oven cavities and overall unit height are detailed in the diagrams.
Combustible Wall Clearances:
- For use only on noncombustible floors. Legs or casters are required, or a 2" (51mm) overhang is required when curb mounted.
- Clearance from non-combustible walls is 0".
- When the unit is placed next to combustible walls, clearances must exceed 12" (305mm) from the sides and 4" (102mm) from the rear.
Commercial cooking equipment requires an adequate ventilation system. Refer to the National Fire Protection Association's standard NFPA96 "Vapor Removal from Cooking Equipment." (NOTE: For North America only)
