Important Safety Instructions
Read all instructions before use to prevent injury or damage and to ensure optimal performance. Keep this manual in a safe place. If you give or transfer this appliance to someone else, also include this manual.
The warranty is void if damage is caused by not following the instructions in this manual. The manufacturer/importer accepts no liability for damage caused by not following the manual, careless use, or use not in accordance with the provisions of this manual.
CAUTION: This appliance must not be used by children from 8 years of age and persons with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities, or with insufficient experience and knowledge, unless supervised or instructed on how to use the appliance safely. Children must not play with the appliance. Children must not clean or maintain the appliance without supervision.
Be careful with the very sharp blades when emptying and cleaning the mixing bowl and blender jug. The manual explains in detail how parts that come into contact with food should be cleaned.
Switch off the appliance and unplug it before changing attachments or coming near moving parts during use.
The appliance manual must warn of possible injury due to incorrect use.
Unplug the appliance when not in use and before cleaning.
Keep the appliance and its power cord out of reach of children.
This appliance can be used by persons with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities, or with insufficient experience and knowledge, provided they are supervised or given instructions regarding the safe use of the appliance and its potential risks. Children must not play with the appliance.
If the power cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer, its service agent, or a similarly qualified technician to eliminate risks.
IMPORTANT:
- Read this manual carefully before using the appliance. Keep the manual for future reference.
- Check that the voltage indicated on the appliance corresponds to the local mains voltage before connecting the appliance for use.
- DO NOT connect this appliance to a timer to prevent possible danger.
- DO NOT use this appliance if the power cord, plug, or other parts of the appliance are damaged.
- If the power cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer, the designated repair center, or similarly qualified professional technicians.
- Keep this appliance out of the reach of children.
- Children must not use the appliance without adult supervision.
- Never let the appliance operate unattended.
- Always switch off the appliance by turning the control knob to position 0.
- Always switch off the appliance before removing attachments.
- Unplug the appliance as soon as you no longer use it.
- Never immerse the motor block (with the motor inside) in water or any other liquid. Never hold the appliance under running water.
- NEVER use a finger or anything else (like a knife) other than the tamper to push ingredients into the filling opening while the appliance is running.
- Caution: the blades are very sharp. Be careful when removing or cleaning sharp parts.
- Always switch off the appliance before inserting your finger or kitchen utensils into the mixing bowl.
- Only remove the lid of the mixing bowl after all parts have stopped moving.
- Never use parts or attachments from other manufacturers or parts and attachments NOT specifically recommended by our company.
- Never exceed the maximum filling level indicated on the mixing bowl.
- Refer to this manual for the correct processing time.
- If a process is not completed within the specified time, switch off the appliance and let it cool for 2 minutes before proceeding. If the appliance is used more than 5 times consecutively, it must cool down for 10 minutes before the next processing. This extends the lifespan of the appliance.
- Before using the appliance for the first time, all parts that come into direct contact with ingredients must be thoroughly cleaned.
- This appliance is not intended for use by persons (including children) with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities, or lack of experience or knowledge, unless they are supervised and the use of the appliance has been explained by someone responsible for their safety. Supervise children to ensure they do not play with the appliance.
- Sound level: Lc = 85 dB(A).
- The maximum continuous operating time is 1 min, and the minimum pause time is 2 min.
General Description
The appliance consists of the following parts:
- 1. Motor block
- 2. Blender jug (1.75L)
- 3. Mixing bowl (1.2L)
- 4. Lid of the mixing bowl
- 5. Citrus press cone
- 6. Citrus press unit
- 7. Tamper
- 8. Stainless steel chopping blade
- 9. Dough hook
- 10. Emulsifying disc
- 11. Disc for mashed potatoes
- 12. Double-sided shredding/grating disc (coarse)
- 13. Double-sided shredding/grating disc (fine)
- 14. Second drive shaft
- 15. Whisk
- 16. Main drive shaft
Assembling or Removing Attachments
- Attach the main drive shaft to the motor block.
- Place the mixing bowl on the motor block and turn it 30 degrees clockwise until it is securely fastened.
- Place the second drive shaft onto the main drive shaft.
- Place the stainless steel chopping blade onto the second drive shaft.
- Add ingredients to the mixing bowl.
- Place the lid on the mixing bowl and turn it 30 degrees clockwise until it is securely fastened.
Chopping Blade
Place the chopping blade in the mixing bowl correctly before adding ingredients.
- For chopping onions, it is advisable to use the PULSE setting so that the onion is not chopped too finely (i.e., turn the knob towards P and then release it quickly).
- When chopping (hard) cheese or chocolate, do NOT let the appliance run for too long to prevent overheating, which can cause the ingredients to melt into a mass.
TIPS AND WARNINGS
- The standard processing time for chopping or mixing is between 30-60 seconds.
- Setting I (slow) is recommended for chopping (hard) cheese or chocolate.
Dough Hook
- Attach the main drive shaft to the motor block.
- Place the mixing bowl on the motor block and turn it 30 degrees clockwise until it is securely fastened.
- Place the second drive shaft onto the main drive shaft.
- Place the dough hook onto the main drive shaft.
- Add ingredients to the mixing bowl.
- Place the lid on the mixing bowl and turn it 30 degrees clockwise until it is securely fastened.
DOUGH HOOK: Place the dough hook in the mixing bowl correctly before adding ingredients.
TIPS AND WARNINGS
- The standard processing time for mixing is between 30-60 seconds.
- Setting I (slow) is recommended for mixing (or pulverizing hard ingredients).
The Tamper
- Do NOT press the tamper too hard when pushing ingredients through the filling opening.
- The tamper of this appliance:
- Use the tamper to push coarsely chopped ingredients into the mixing bowl.
- Use the tamper to push ingredients (such as ham, cucumber, carrots, etc.) into the mixing bowl.
- If the ingredients are too large for the filling opening, they must be cut smaller to fit through.
TIPS AND WARNINGS
- Add ingredients evenly for the best results.
- When chopping or grinding soft ingredients, a low speed is recommended to prevent the mixture from becoming a paste.
- If a large quantity of ingredients needs to be processed, do it in batches and clean the mixing bowl after each processing.
- When chopping (hard) cheese or chocolate, do NOT let the appliance run for too long to prevent overheating, which can cause the ingredients to melt into a mass. Use the chopping blade for these types of ingredients.
Emulsifying Disc
- Attach the main drive shaft to the motor block.
- Place the mixing bowl on the motor block and turn it 30 degrees clockwise until it is securely fastened.
- Place the second drive shaft onto the main drive shaft.
- Place the emulsifying disc onto the second drive shaft.
- Add ingredients to the bowl.
- Place the lid on the mixing bowl and turn it 30 degrees clockwise until it is securely fastened.
TIPS AND WARNINGS
- The emulsifying disc is suitable for whipping cream, eggs, egg whites, instant pudding, mayonnaise, and batter for biscuits or for whipping.
- Do not use the emulsifying disc to make cake batter with butter or margarine, or to knead dough. Use the dough hook for this.
- Ensure the mixing bowl and emulsifying disc are dry and grease-free when whipping egg whites. The egg whites should be at room temperature.
- Always clean the emulsifying disc after use.
Citrus Press
- Attach the main drive shaft to the motor block.
- Place the mixing bowl on the motor block and turn it 30 degrees clockwise until it is securely fastened.
- Place the citrus press unit onto the mixing bowl and turn it clockwise until it is securely fastened.
- Place the citrus press cone onto the citrus press unit.
- Press the citrus fruit onto the citrus press cone.
TIP: The citrus press is intended for juicing citrus fruits, such as lemons or oranges. Always clean the citrus press unit and the citrus press cone after use.
Blender
- a. Place the rubber sealing ring around the rim of the blade assembly.
- b. Attach the blade assembly into the blender jug in the indicated direction until it is securely fastened.
- Place the blender jug onto the motor block and turn it 30 degrees clockwise until it is securely fastened.
- Add water or another liquid and place the ingredients in the blender jug.
- Insert the measuring cup into the lid, set the blender to speed 2 (highest speed), and let the appliance run for a maximum of 1 minute.
- Then, switch off the blender and remove the blender jug from the motor block. Pour the drink through the spout of the blender jug.
CLEANING
The accessories are not dishwasher safe and should be washed by hand.
TIPS AND WARNINGS
- Always place the sealing ring on the blade assembly before placing it in the blender jug.
- Do not let the blender run for more than two consecutive times. Let the appliance cool down before continuing to blend.
- Never open the lid of the blender jug while the blade assembly is rotating.
- Built-in safety lock: the blender can only be used if the marking on the blender jug is precisely opposite the marking on the motor block.
- During blending, ingredients can be added through the hole in the lid.
- Cut solid ingredients into smaller pieces before processing them.
- If preparing a large quantity, process small quantities of ingredients instead of all at once.
- Use cooked ingredients for making soup.
- If processing a liquid that is hot or may foam (e.g., milk), do not add more than 1 liter to the blender jug to prevent spillage.
- If you are not satisfied with the result, switch off the appliance and stir the ingredients with a spatula. Remove some of the contents to process a smaller quantity or add some liquid.
SPEEDS
Settings 1, 2 and PULSE (P)
- Setting 1 for chopping/mixing fruit or vegetables with low fiber, eggs, dough, etc.
- Setting 2 for finely chopping/mixing fruit or vegetables with high fiber, meat, etc.
- Setting P for direct chopping/blending or to loosen ingredients stuck to the blade.
ENVIRONMENT
Recycling - European Directive 2012/19/EU
This marking indicates that this product must not be disposed of with regular household waste within the EU. To prevent environmental or health damage, the appliance must be taken to a recycling point to ensure sustainable reuse of materials. Use the municipal collection service or contact the seller of the product. They will ensure that the product is recycled in the most environmentally friendly way.

WARRANTY TERMS
Blokker B.V. provides a 2-year warranty on all defects that are the result of hidden defects and that make the appliance unsuitable for normal use. The warranty starts from the moment of purchase; therefore, keep the proof of purchase carefully.
During the warranty period, any manufacturing and/or material defects will be rectified free of charge, either by repair, replacement of parts, or exchange of the appliance. Repair will only be carried out under warranty if it is convincingly demonstrated (based on your purchase receipt) that the date the complaint was lodged falls within the warranty period.
The warranty is void if the defect was caused by damage resulting from an accident, improper use, neglect (e.g., not cleaning properly), or if interventions have been carried out or repairs have been performed outside the Blokker B.V. service workshop (except for disassembly, as stated in the user manual). The warranty is also not valid for connection to incorrect mains voltage, failure to follow the user manual, and normal wear and tear of the appliance.
Blokker B.V. cannot be held liable for material damage or personal accidents resulting from connection in violation of local safety regulations and technical standards (e.g., a faulty socket). The warranty in no case entitles you to compensation for damages. All other damage claims, including damage, are excluded unless the law states otherwise. We will not apply warranty terms other than those mentioned above.

What to do if your appliance does not work?
If your appliance shows defects, it is best to first contact your nearest Blokker B.V. store. Our colleagues will ensure that these defects are resolved as quickly as possible.
Repairs outside the warranty period
Repairs outside the warranty period are always possible. These will naturally incur costs.
