Toro Multi Pro® 1750 Sprayer Software Guide

The InfoCenter display provides operational status, diagnostic information, and other details about your machine. The display features multiple screens. You can navigate between screens by pressing the Back button, then using the Up and Down scroll buttons.

Menu Overview

To access the InfoCenter display menu system, press the Back button from the main screen to access the main menu. Refer to the following tables for a summary of the available menu options.

Main Menu

Menu ItemDescription
CalibrationThe Calibration menu assists with calibrating the flow meter and speed sensor. Refer to the operator's manual for your Multi Pro.
SettingsThe Settings menu allows you to customize and modify display configuration variables.
Machine SettingsThe Machine Settings menu allows you to configure machine variables.
MaintenanceThe Maintenance menu contains machine information, such as operating hours and other numerical data.
DiagnosticsThe Diagnostics menu shows the status of each switch, sensor, and control output of the machine. You can use it to troubleshoot some problems as it quickly indicates machine commands that are active and inactive.
InformationThe Information menu lists the model number, serial number, and software version of the machine.

Calibration

Menu ItemDescription
Test SpeedAllows setting the test speed for calibration.
Calibrate FlowAllows calibrating the flow meter.
Calibrate SpeedAllows calibrating the speed sensor.
Reset Flow CalibrationResets flow calibration to the default average value, not the actual volume.
Reset Speed CalibrationResets speed calibration to the default average value, not the actual speed.

Service

Faults

Menu ItemDescription
FaultsThe Faults menu lists recent machine faults. Consult the Maintenance Manual or contact your authorized Toro dealer for more information on the Faults menu and the information it contains.
HoursLists the total hours the machine, engine, and PTO have been used, as well as the machine transport hours and maintenance hours.

Flow RateDisplays the current flow rate.
Flow Calibration ValueDisplays the multiplier used at that moment to calculate the difference between the presumed flow and the calibrated flow.
Speed Calibration ValueDisplays the multiplier used at that moment to calculate the difference between the presumed speed and the calibrated speed.

Protected Menus

You can adjust operational configuration settings from the Settings menu on the display. To unlock these settings, use the Protected Menu.

Note: Upon delivery, the PIN code is set by the dealer.

Accessing Protected Menus

  1. From the Main Menu, scroll down to Settings, then press the Enter button.
  2. From Settings, scroll to Enter PIN and press the Enter button.
  3. To enter the PIN code, press the Up/Down scroll buttons until the correct first digit appears, then press the Right scroll button to advance to the next digit. Repeat this step until the last digit is entered.
  4. Press the Enter button.Note: If the display accepts the PIN code and the protected menus are unlocked, the word "PIN" will appear in the upper right corner of the screen.
  5. To lock the protected menus, turn the key switch to the OFF position, then to the ON position.

Viewing and Modifying Protected Menu Settings

  1. From Settings, scroll down to Protected Settings.
  2. To view and modify settings without entering a PIN code, use the Enter button to change Protected Settings to (Disabled).
  3. To view and modify settings by entering a PIN code, use the Enter button to change Protected Settings to (Enabled), set the PIN code, and turn the ignition key switch to the OFF position, then to the ON position.

Setting the Spray Tank Alert

  1. Select Machine Settings.
  2. Select Tank Alert.
  3. Use the scroll buttons to enter the minimum amount in the tank that will trigger and display the alarm during sprayer operation.

Adjusting Boom Dimensions

  1. Select Machine Settings.
  2. Select the boom you wish to modify.
  3. Use the scroll buttons to adjust the boom dimensions in 1-inch (2.5 cm) increments.

  1. Select Machine Settings.
  2. Select Default Values.

Entering Spray Tank Volume

Note: Changing the volume will reset the tank alert.

  1. Press the ENTER button to move to the right. The display will show the current tank volume.
  2. Press the following buttons to increase or decrease the tank volume.
    1. Press the Up/Down scroll buttons to advance by ±10 (for imperial units) or ±25 (for metric units).
    2. Press the Right/Left scroll buttons to change the volume by 1 unit.

Total Area and Sub-Area Screens

These screens show:

The sprayed area and volume information accumulates until cleared. Use an individual sub-area for each spraying activity performed at your job site. You can use up to 20 sub-areas.

Note: Ensure you select the sub-area you are working in before starting spraying operations. The sub-area shown on the screen is the active sub-area for coverage accumulation.

Resetting Total Area and Volume Data

  1. Press the BACK button to access the Total Area screen.
  2. Press the RIGHT button to reset the total area data.Note: Resetting the total area and total volume information on the Total Area screen resets all data for all sub-areas.

Resetting a Sub-Area and Volume Data

  1. Press the BACK button to access a sub-area screen.
  2. Press the UP button to reset the sub-area data.

Operator Indications

Operator indications are automatically displayed on the InfoCenter screen when a machine function requires additional action. For example, if you try to start the engine while pressing the traction pedal, an indication will be displayed that signals the need for the pedal to be in neutral.

Press any of the display buttons to close the indication.

Troubleshooting Fault Codes

The list below provides fault codes generated by the Electronic Controller (TEC), which identify an electrical system malfunction that occurred during machine operation.

If you see faults listed in the chart, contact an Authorized Service Center.

17Starter timeout (starter remained in the start state for more than 30 seconds)
