Please place in a position that children cannot climb or move, so that the product does not fall over and injure children. USAGE SAFETY 1. Select an area for assembly that is clean and free of any debris that might cause persons working on the assembly to trip. 2. Do not lift heavy parts or assemblies. Use crane, jack, tackle, fork trucks or other mechanical devices. 3. Preview the assembly instructions in your operator's manual before proceeding further. 4. After completing assembly, thoroughly inspect the machine to be sure that all nuts, bolts or any other fastener assemblies have been thoroughly tightened. 5. This product is not a toy or a washing vessel and should not be used for any purpose other than a shampooer. 6. The drainage pipe of the product, please use the clamp firmly connected to avoid water leakage. The other end of the drain pipe should be placed in the household drain sink or drain pipe, and remember that the end accessories of the drain pipe should not be placed with electrify things to avoid electric shock. 7. Avoid to use any hard objects or any chemicals which can dissolve plastic to clean the basin. 8. Please put the product in a flat place for use. When using the product on sloping or uneven ground, there is a risk of rollover during use. Figure 2: The first step is to insert either end of the hose into the outlet nozzle of the pump, and then attach the pump to the bottom. Step 2: Put the female connector of the pump under the cover of the water storage drum and put on the guard coil to prevent it from falling down. Step 3: Put the lid on the tank and take the hose out of the hole for use 4 Figure 3: Stagger the water tower 36° according to the figure. Install two of them together to facilitate subsequent installation. Figure 4: The first step is to pass the hose through the middle of the two water towers according to the diagram. The second step is to install the two water towers on the cover of the water storage tank. 5 Figure 5: Pass the hose through the two water towers according to the figure, and then stagger the water towers 36° to the assembled water tower below, and install the remaining 1 group of water towers in turn. Figure 6: Connect the hose to the inlet mouth of the top cover link body according to the figure, and fix it with a clamp, and then assemble the top cover link body to the water tower. 6 Figure 7: Connect the adapter, smart switch and female port of the water pump together according to the figure. Figure 8: The water storage bucket is poured into the 20 liter nutrition solution with a folding funnel, the water inlet nozzle is covered, the intelligent switch is inserted into the power supply, and the balance of the foot is adjusted to 90° so that each layer of the water tower has the nutrient solution flowing through, then it can be used normally. 7 Figure 9: When the pump is blocked, use a flat-head screwdriver to pry open the front cover of the pump, take out the old filter cotton, replace it with a new one, and finally cover the top cover. Part & Hardware List -- Grow light A 3-pass X3 E Adapter X1 B 4-pass X5 355mm F C transverse tube x8 D 280mm pin X4 G Light tube X4 Smart socket X1 8 Assembly-- Grow light Figure 1: According to the figure, assemble a 355MM long horizontal tube, two 4-way, and 1 lamp together for backup (Note: the lamp wire is in the hole of the 4 barrels.) 9 Figure 2: Assemble a 355MM horizontal tube, a 4-pass, a 3-pass, and a lamp together as per the figure (note that the lamp wire is in the hole of the 3 barrels and the 4-pass outlet). Figure 3: Connect the assembly of FIG. 1 and FIG. 2 together according to the drawing. (Note: Wire the wires first and tighten them with the nuts that come with the wires.) 10 Figure 4: Assemble two 355MM long transverse tubes, a 4-pass, a 3-pass and a light tube as per the figure (Note: the lamp wire is in the 3-pass and 4-pass outlet holes). Figure 5: Connect the assembly in Figure 3 and the assembly in Figure 4 together according to the diagram. (Note: Wire first! Tighten with the nuts that came with the wiring.) 11 Figure 6: According to the figure, assemble four transverse tubes with length of 355MM, one 4-pass, one 3-pass and one lamp together for backup (Note: the lamp wire is in the outlet hole of 3-pass and 4-pass). Figure 7: Connect the assembly in Figure 5 and the assembly in Figure 6 together according to the figure,The female port of the last lamp does not need to be connected (Note: Wire first! Tighten with the nuts that came with the wiring.) 12 Figure 8: Connect the female interface of the adapter and the male interface of the lamp together according to the figure, and insert the intelligent switch to confirm whether the lamp can be used normally. (Note: After confirming that there is no problem, the direction of the lamp illumination and the knob are aligned to the center, and the power is removed and reinforced to a tight fit) Figure 9: Assemble the 4 pin tube to the 4 pass according to the figure. 13 Figure 10: Put the assembled light tube into the hydroponic tower, and plug the adapter into the power supply to work normally. Operation method 1.Before installation, check the accessories according to the accessories list whether there is any omission or damage, such as the water pump, smart switch, adapter can not be used normally, the water storage bucket is broken, and the water tower outlet is blocked. 2. The hydroponic tower should be installed on a flat and hard ground 3. Planting should ensure that the number of planting in each layer is consistent and even, (it is recommended that there are 5 plants in a layer), otherwise it may cause the deformation of the water tower due to long-term uneven stress, and it is necessary to check and adjust regularly to ensure that the force is even in a circle. 4. Check and adjust the water level in the tank weekly. 5. Add nutrients weekly. 14 6. Plants grow best in a sunny outdoor location (or indoors with grow lights) with at least 6 hours of direct sunlight per day (or 14 hours with indoor grow lights). 7. Your hydroponic tower requires continuous power and water replenishment weekly. 8. Adjust the frequency of using the water pump according to the season and local environment. Troubleshooting & Maintenance Fault phenomenon Cause of failure The hose is disconnected from one end of Completely out of water the water outlet of the water pump. The water pump is malfunctioning (bypass the WIFI socket and insert into AC power to confirm if the water pump is good). Hydro ponic Tower Water Quant The flow rate is low. The water pump filter cotton is clogged (use a flat-head screwdriver to pry open the front cover of the water pump to confirm). Five outlets of the water tower are clogged. ity Issue Installed on uneven or potholed ground, causing the entire hydroponic tower to tilt. Uneven distribution Smart Plug Issue s The smart plug is not working. One or more layers of the water tower were not installed properly, causing it to tilt. Not correctly connected to WIFI Solution Reassemble Replace the water pump. Change the filter pad. Need to disassemble and clean. Adjust the leveling feet to be level, and after adjustment, lock the casters to prevent slipping. Adjust the 5 clasps to the correct position. The phone and the socket need to be connected to the same network (a network that requires 4G). 15 Tube proble m One or several tubes are not lit. Unstable network signals may cause disruption in the water circulation timing. Smart plug malfunction (completely unresponsive, unable to connect to the network). Check if the wiring is properly connected. Check if the wiring is properly connected. Test the tube: Connect the power plug to the tube being tested. Connect to a smooth network. Change the outlet. Measure if there is a power supply of 85-260V. Replace the tube if it is damaged. Reminder: Intelligent switch connection, please refer to the intelligent switch built-in manual to perform.
