Product Diagram
The product diagram illustrates the Inateck KB01104 Keyboard. It features a standard QWERTY layout. Key indicators and controls are identified as follows:
- Indicator 1 (White): Serves as the Caps Lock indicator when solid white, or indicates Bluetooth Channel 1 status (reconnecting: flashes once per second; pairing: flashes twice per second; connected/unconnected: off).
- Indicator 2 (Blue): Indicates Bluetooth Channel 2 status (reconnecting: flashes once per second; pairing: flashes twice per second; connected/unconnected: off).
- Indicator 3 (Red/Green): Serves as the Battery indicator (charging: solid red; fully charged: solid green) or indicates Bluetooth Channel 3 status (reconnecting: flashes red once per second; pairing: flashes red twice per second; connected/unconnected: off).
- Power Switch: Located on the device to turn it on or off.
Shortcut Keys
The keyboard includes dedicated shortcut keys for various functions. Note that some operations are specific to Windows.

Fn Key Lock (Windows Specific): You can press fn

to enable or disable the Fn key lock. By default, the Fn key lock is disabled.
- When Fn Lock is enabled: Pressing an F key (e.g., F1) triggers its primary function (e.g., dimming screen brightness). Pressing

Bluetooth Pairing
Step 1: For first-time use, slide the power switch to the 'On' position. The KB01104 will automatically enter Bluetooth Channel 1 pairing mode. Alternatively, you can manually enter pairing mode by holding fn
+ 1
simultaneously. The Bluetooth indicator will flash white when in Channel 1 pairing mode.
Step 2: On your device (iPad or Windows), turn on Bluetooth. "Inateck KB01104" should appear in the list of available devices.
Step 3: Tap "Inateck KB01104" to pair. The Bluetooth indicator will turn off upon successful pairing.
Fix Bluetooth Pairing Problems:
- Go to your device's Bluetooth settings, find "Inateck KB01104" in the paired devices list, and delete any previous pairing records. Delete all if multiple exist.
- Hold
esc

simultaneously for 3 seconds. The three indicators will blink 3 times, indicating the factory reset is complete. - Turn your device's Bluetooth off and then back on. Re-pair the keyboard with your Inateck KB01104.
LED Indicators
Detailed status of the indicator lights:
Indicator 1 (White)
- Caps Lock On: Solid white
- Caps Lock Off: Off
- Bluetooth Channel 1 - Reconnecting: Flashes once per second
- Bluetooth Channel 1 - Pairing: Flashes twice per second
- Connected/Unconnected: Off
Indicator 2 (Blue)
- Bluetooth Channel 2 - Reconnecting: Flashes once per second
- Bluetooth Channel 2 - Pairing: Flashes twice per second
- Connected/Unconnected: Off
Indicator 3 (Red/Green)
- Bluetooth Channel 3 - Reconnecting: Flashes red once per second
- Bluetooth Channel 3 - Pairing: Flashes red twice per second
- Connected/Unconnected: Off
- Battery Level < 20%: Flashes red four times per second (when connected)
- Charging: Solid red
- Fully Charged: Solid green
Restore Factory Defaults
Hold esc
+ fn
simultaneously for 3 seconds. The three indicators will blink 3 times, confirming the factory reset is complete.
Check Battery Level
Hold fn
+ alt

simultaneously to check the battery level. The blinking frequency of the red battery indicator shows the level:

Note: This function is only available when the keyboard is connected.
Charging
When the battery level is below 20%, the red battery indicator will blink. Recharge the keyboard using the included USB cable. Full charging takes approximately 2-3 hours. The battery indicator will be solid red while charging and turn solid green when fully charged.
Sleep Mode
The KB01104 enters sleep mode after 10 minutes of inactivity, which disrupts the Bluetooth connection. The connection can be re-established by pressing any key.

Battery Safety Warning
This product contains a built-in rechargeable lithium battery. Please observe the following safety precautions: Do not dismantle, hit, crush, or expose the battery to fire. If the battery experiences severe swelling, discontinue use immediately. Avoid placing the battery in high-temperature environments, and do not use it if it has been immersed in water. During transportation, do not mix the battery with metallic objects.
Charging Precautions
The power delivered by the charger must be between a minimum of [0.05] Watts (required by the radio equipment) and a maximum of [1.25] Watts to achieve the maximum charging speed.
