Mobile M Endpoint

Description

The ORION® Mobile M endpoint is a two-way water endpoint for mobile meter reading applications. It wirelessly captures current and daily readings, plus data profile information, without direct access. As part of Badger Meter's ORION family since 2002, it provides Advanced Metering Analytics (AMA) for flexible data capture.

Visual Description: A compact, rugged device, typically grey with a black cap, attached to a water meter, designed for environmental protection.

Functionality

Application

Configurations: Integral, remote, or endpoint-only; suitable for indoor, outdoor, and pit environments. Electronics and battery are epoxy-encapsulated.

Meter Compatibility: Works with Badger Meter Recordall® Disc, Turbo, Compound, Combo, Fire Service meters, and E-Series® Ultrasonic and M-Series® Electromagnetic flow meters.

Encoder Compatibility: Supports all Badger Meter encoders and approved three-wire registers (2000+ manufacture date, AMR/AMI mode), including models from Elster, Hersey, Master Meter, Metron-Farnier, Mueller Systems, Neptune, and Sensus.
