Setup

Wired/Break

Connect the USB Cable [01] to your computer.

Wireless

Connect the USB receiver (2.4 GHz) [09] to your computer. Switch the mouse on [10], and click once to connect with the USB receiver (2.4 GHz). You can charge the mouse by plugging cable [11] into the PC and mouse [01]. Please note that this cable is for charging only.

If you wish to use the mouse while charging, do not remove the receiver from the PC.

R-Go Break

Download the R-Go Break software at www.r-go-break.com.

The R-Go Break software is compatible with all R-Go HE mice. It offers insight into your work behavior and allows you to customize your mouse buttons.

Additional functionality is available when used with R-Go Break devices, which feature an LED light. This light changes color during use to signal when it's time to take a break.

DPI Switch

Cycle through DPI* modes by clicking the DPI switch button [08].

*DPI stands for Dots Per Inch. A lower DPI setting requires more mouse movement for the cursor to travel the same distance on your screen compared to a higher DPI. A higher DPI allows the cursor to move faster across your screen with smaller movements. R-Go Tools recommends a low DPI setting to encourage movement with your arm rather than your wrist, helping to prevent RSI.

Maintenance

  • Avoid contact with water, as it can damage the mouse's internal electronic components. To clean the mouse, disconnect it from your PC. Do not clean with alcohol, water, or soap, as this can damage the mouse's coating. Use a water-based damp cloth for cleaning.
  • Do not remove any rubber parts from the bottom of the mouse. These parts cannot be reattached, and the mouse may not move as smoothly as before.
  • Do not place anything in front of the laser on the bottom side of the mouse.

Troubleshooting

Experiencing issues with your mouse? Follow these steps:

  • Verify the mouse is connected with the correct connectors and cables (see page 7).
  • Connect the mouse to a different USB port on your computer.
  • If you are using a USB hub, connect the mouse directly to your computer.
  • Restart your computer.
  • Test the mouse on another device. If the issue persists, contact support at www.r-go-tools.com.
