Connecting to Windows:

  • Flip the on/off switch (08) on the bottom of the mouse to "ON".
  • Click the Windows icon on your screen or press the Windows key on your keyboard.
  • Type "Bluetooth and other device settings" and select the option.
  • If Bluetooth is not enabled, check the box to turn it on.
  • In the new window, click "Add Bluetooth or other device".
  • Select "Bluetooth".
  • Press the pair button (10) on the bottom of the mouse and select the newly appeared device from the list.
  • Your device will establish a connection with the mouse.
  • On subsequent startups or when turning the mouse on, simply click any button to connect.

Connecting to Mac OS:

  • Flip the on/off switch (08) on the bottom of the mouse to "ON".
  • Click the Apple icon in the top-left corner of the screen and select "System Preferences".

R-Go Break Software

Download the R-Go Break software at https://r-go.tools/bs.

This software is compatible with all R-Go HE Break mice and keyboards. It provides insights into your work habits and allows for mouse button customization.

The R-Go Break software serves as a break reminder. While you work, it controls an LED light on your mouse or keyboard, acting as a traffic light indicator: Green signifies healthy work, Orange indicates it's time for a short break, and Red means you've been working too long. This provides positive feedback on your break behavior.

Maintenance

  • Keep the mouse away from water, as it can damage internal electronic parts.
  • To clean, disconnect the device from your PC. Do not use alcohol, water, or soap, as these can damage the mouse's coating. Use a damp cloth with water.
  • Do not remove the rubber parts on the bottom of the mouse, as they cannot be reattached and will affect smooth movement.
  • Ensure the laser on the bottom of the mouse is not obstructed.
