Through the Home Connect app, you have access to important and useful information about your appliance at any time. This allows you to control your appliance's functions and adapt them to your individual needs. The app also supports you in the optimal maintenance of your appliance and offers inspiration through a variety of recipes. Discover the Home Connect ecosystem, whose partners offer you even more functionalities and services.

Let's Get Started! What You Need:
- Your oven, connected to the power supply and switched on.
- A smartphone or tablet with a current version of the iOS or Android operating system.
- Your oven within the range of your home network's Wi-Fi signal.
- The name (SSID) and password (Key) of your WLAN home network (Wi-Fi).
- This installation manual.

Connection Steps
Step 1: Download Home Connect App and Create User Account
- Open the App Store (for Apple devices) or Google Play Store (for Android devices) on your smartphone or tablet.
- Search for "Home Connect" in the store and install the app.
- Open the app and register to create a Home Connect user account.
- Note down your Home Connect credentials (username and password) – you will need them later.
The app will guide you through the necessary steps to connect your appliance with Home Connect. The app may refer to this manual when needed.
Step 2: Connect Oven to Your Home Network
Step 2.1: Connect Oven to WLAN Home Network (Wi-Fi) using WPS
Follow the instructions in Step 2.1 only if the app prompts you to. The following steps describe operation on the appliance.
- Tap the [Touch Button]. The main menu will be displayed.
- Select [Home Connect Assistant] using the button (or >).
- Open the Home Connect Assistant menu using the button.
- Within the next 2 minutes, activate the WPS function on your home network router.
The display will show "Network connection successful" [Network Connection Successful Graphic].
- Follow the instructions in the app.
Note: If the connection could not be established within 2 minutes, ensure your oven is within range of your WLAN home network (Wi-Fi). On some appliances, the WPS mode is also called "Automatic Login".
Step 2.2: Connect Oven Step-by-Step to WLAN Home Network (Wi-Fi)
Follow the instructions in Step 2.2 only if the app prompts you to. The following steps describe operation on the appliance.
- Tap the [Touch Button]. The main menu will be displayed.
- Select [Home Connect Assistant] using the button (or >).
- Open the Home Connect Assistant menu using the button.
- Tap the [Manual Connect Button] to select "Manual Connect".
The device will open a temporary WLAN network named "HomeConnect" with the password "HomeConnect" for 5 minutes.
The app will transfer the name (SSID) and password of your home network via this temporary WLAN network to the oven, enabling the oven to connect to the home network.
The display will show "Network connection successful" [Network Connection Successful Graphic].
- Follow the instructions in the app.
Note: On some appliances, the step-by-step mode is also called "SAP Mode" or "Manual Login". If the step-by-step mode does not work, check:
- Your appliance is within range of the WLAN home network (Wi-Fi).
- Your smartphone/tablet is connected to the WLAN home network (Wi-Fi).
- Your smartphone/tablet and the appliance are connected to the same WLAN home network (Wi-Fi).
Step 3: Connect Oven to the Home Connect App
Follow the instructions in Step 3 only if the app prompts you to. The following steps describe operation on the appliance.
- Tap the [Touch Button]. The main menu will be displayed.
- Select [MyProfile Icon] using the button (or >).
- Tap the button to open the MyProfile menu.
- Select [Home Connect Icon] using the button (or >).
- Tap the button to open the Home Connect menu.
- Select "Connect with App" [Connect with App Button] using the button >.
Connect the oven with the app using the button [Connect Button]. The oven is connected to the app.
- Follow the instructions in the app.
Note: If the connection could not be established, ensure your smartphone/tablet is within range of your WLAN home network (Wi-Fi).
