Important Safeguards

When using any electrical product, always follow these basic safety precautions:

Read All Instructions Before Use

• Please read all instructions carefully before using this product.
• This product is only used for nutrients or beverage mixing.
• DO NOT heat the product in a microwave oven or disinfection cabinet, and do not freeze the product.
• DO NOT put carbonated beverages etc. which are prone to high pressure in the container.
• DO NOT add strong acid or strong alkali which will corrode the appliance.
• When the product is in use, do not remove the lid from the main unit.
• To avoid injury and/or damage to the product during use, do not touch moving parts, such as mixing blade and motor.
• The lid can be opened after the blade has come to a complete stop.
• This appliance must only be supplied at safety extra low voltage corresponding to the marking on the appliance.
• After charging, when unplugging the USB plug, please grab by the plug when pulling it out. Do not pull from the wire.
• Do not place appliance in or near flammable gases or electric stoves, or in hot ovens.
• Do not immerse the main unit (electric motor) combination in water or other liquids to avoid the risk of fire, electric shock or personal injury.
• This appliance is not intended for use by persons (including children) with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities, or lack of experience and knowledge, unless they have been given supervision or instructions concerning use of the appliance by a person responsible for their safety.
• Children should be supervised to ensure that they do not play with the appliance.
• In the absence of supervision, the cleaning and maintenance work should not be done by a child.
• Use of accessories not recommended or supplied with the product may cause fire, electric shock or personal injury.
• For electrical safety, any repairs to the product should be carried out by a qualified electrical person only or the product must be disposed of.
• This appliance must be always used in accordance with the user instructions supplied with the product and must not be used for other purposes.
• Before using, please make sure that the lid is firmly closed.
• Misuse may cause serious injury.
• This appliance is intended to be used in household and similar applications such as:
  • staff kitchen areas in shops, offices and other working environments,
  • farmhouses,
  • by client in hotels, motels and other residential type environments,
  • bed and breakfast type environments.
• Care shall be taken when emptying the bowl and during cleaning.
• DO NOT USE hot liquid in the blender as it can be ejected out of the appliance due to sudden steaming.
• The device must only be recharged using a certified power supply unit with an output rated at 5Vdc 2A.
• This appliance contains rechargeable batteries that are non-replaceable.
• For food hygiene, always clean the product immediately after use. For cleaning, please refer to “CLEANING AND STORAGE” section.

IMPORTANT!

WARNING: Be alert to the risks that may lead to danger, serious injury and damage to property.

• WARNING: Do not put hot ingredients or liquid above 55°C in the appliance to avoid bursting, splashing and to prevent scalding.
• This product contains lithium-ion batteries. Therefore, do not attempt to dismantle the product. Fire risk exists if the batteries are damaged.
• To avoid parts deformation or damage, do not put any parts of this product in a dishwasher, microwave oven or hot water above 60°C.
• The product has built-in lithium-ion batteries. Pay attention to the following:
  • Only use and store the product in an environment where the temperature is between -5°C to +35°C.
  • If not used for a long time, re-charge every three months to prevent battery damage.
  • Charging time may be longer when the room temperature is below 10°C. This is normal.
  • Charge the battery in time when the battery power goes low.

NOTE: This appliance is designed for power stirring of water/liquid and powdered products only, not designed for use with hard substances or crushing ice.

Know Your Protein Shaker Mixer

A diagram shows the Anko Protein Shaker Mixer. It features a lid with a small lid, a handle, a mixing blade, an on/off switch, and a Type-C port. Measurement markings in oz and mL are visible on the cup, with a maximum capacity indicated.

A USB cable is shown, with a note advising to always use this cable when charging the appliance.

Before First Use

Note: When using the appliance for the first time, carefully remove all internal and external packaging, protective film and accessories.

• Pour 500ml clean water into the protein shaker mixer, screw on the lid, switch on the appliance for a while to clean the inside of the appliance and discard the water after cleaning.
• CAUTION! Make sure the lid is screwed on tightly before switching ON the appliance.
• Clean the outside of the main unit with a damp cloth or sponge. Wipe dry with a soft dry cloth.
• WARNING! Do not immerse the main unit in water or any other liquids to clean.
• Wash the lid with soapy water. Dry all components thoroughly before use.
• Screw the juice cup on the main unit.
• Fully charge the appliance before first use.
• The supplied USB charging cable should be inserted into the standard USB power source rated at 5Vd.c. 2A specification. The charging time is approx. 2 hours. The indicator light flashes in red during charging and illuminates in red when fully charged.

Using Your Protein Shaker Mixer

1. Add the drinking liquid with desired powder (supplement powder, protein powder, greens, pre-workout) into the protein shaker mixer. Screw on the lid.

NOTE: This appliance is designed for power stirring of water/liquid and powdered products only, not designed for use with hard substances or crushing ice.

Suggested powder amount for 500mL drinking liquid:

• coffee 70g,
• milk 75g,
• soybean milk 30g,
• greens powder 20g,
• pre-workout powder 15g

CAUTION! NEVER add more than 500ml drinking liquid to the protein shaker mixer. Do not operate the appliance with the cup empty to prevent damage to the electric motor.

CAUTION! Make sure the lid is screwed on tightly before switching ON the appliance.

2. Press the On/Off button, white light illuminates, and the appliance starts to work. The appliance will turn off automatically after stirring for 1 minute.

NOTE: NEVER operate the appliance when charging. The On/Off switch will flash in red when battery is low.

3. Press the On/Off button to switch off the appliance.

Cleaning and Storage

• Make sure the appliance is switched off and the mixing blade has come to a complete stop before cleaning.
• Do not use a steel ball, abrasive cleaner or corrosive liquid (such as gasoline, acetone) to clean the product.
• The main unit can be wiped with a soft wet cloth. Do not rinse, soak or spray water or other liquids to avoid damage to the appliance.
• Rinse the inside of the appliance and the lid with clean warm water and wipe dry.
• Fast Cleaning: Add appropriate amount of water (not more than 500mL) to the appliance and install it on the main unit. Switch ON and operate for 5 to 10 seconds. Then discard the water.
• When storing, ensure the product is clean and dry, and placed in a dry, ventilated area away from direct sunlight.
• This product contains a rechargeable Li-ion battery. When not in use, it should be stored in a clean, dry, ventilated room within ambient temperature range of -5°C to +35°C and a relative humidity of 25% to 75%.

You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
