Franklin Electric BABA Compliant Products Manufactured in Wilburton, Oklahoma Facility
Statement Date: July 16, 2025
On November 15, 2021, the Build America, Buy America Act ("BABA") requirement, as mandated in the Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act Pub. L. No. 117-58, §§ 70901-52, was signed into law.
As of the date of this statement, in good faith, Franklin Electric trusts that the 6" and 8" motors referenced below, manufactured at Franklin Electric, 1301 Stovall Road, Wilburton, OK 74578, can meet the minimum domestic content threshold in compliance with BABA.
The percentage of domestic content can vary depending on the final design and manufacturing configuration. Supplementary analysis of domestic content for specific SKUs can be requested for an additional charge once the order is placed, and submittals are created during the procurement process.
