Model: KR2402A
Wiring Diagram
The KR2402A receiver features terminals for power input (DC 5-30V) and output relays. The input terminals are labeled G (Ground), V (Power +), and IN. The output terminals for each of the two channels are NO (Normally Open), COM (Common), and NC (Normally Closed).
Terminal Descriptions:
- G: Ground
- V: Power +
- IN: Input
- NO: Often on (Normally Open)
- COM: Public end
- NC: Normal close end (Normally Closed)
- L: Fire Line (Live Wire)
- N: Zero Line (Neutral Wire)
The receiver board has a learning button and two LEDs (LED1 and LED2). The power input range is DC 5-30V.
Wiring Diagram of the Lamp
This diagram illustrates connecting two lights to the receiver. Each light has positive (+) and negative (-) connections. The receiver's output terminals (NO, COM, NC) are used to control the lights. The voltage range for the KR2402 receiver is DC 6-30V.
External Power Control Light Wiring Diagram
This diagram shows how to use an external power source to control lights with the receiver. The receiver's power input is connected to the external power supply, and the lights are connected to the receiver's output terminals. The voltage range for the KR2402 receiver is DC 6-30V.
Motor Forward and Reverse Wiring Diagram
This diagram shows the wiring for controlling a motor's forward and reverse operation using the KR2402A receiver. The motor is connected to the output terminals, and the power supply (DC 5-30V) is connected to the receiver's input terminals.
Function Description and Setting Method
Note: All working modes require a QIACHIP remote control (transmitter) and controller (receiver). Remote controls from other brands may not be compatible.
Reset Function:
To clear all matched remotes, press the receiver's learning button 8 times. When LED 2 flashes, the reset is complete, and no remote controls will operate the receiver.
Description of the Three Working Modes:
- Momentary Mode: Press and hold the remote button to turn the relay on; release the button to turn the relay off.
- Toggle Mode: Press the remote button once to turn the relay on; press it again to turn the relay off.
- Latching Mode: Press remote button A to turn relay A on. Press remote button B to turn relay A off and relay B on. Press remote button C to turn relay B off. (Recommended to use a remote with three or more buttons for this mode).
How to Set the Working Mode of the Switch Controller?
Note:
- Working modes can only be set when LED 1 is lit.
- After power-on, if there is no operation, LED 1 and LED 2 are always on. When in the setting state, LED 1 remains unchanged, and LED 2 acts as the status indicator.
- Descriptions of LEDs in the following steps refer to LED 2.
Set Momentary Mode:
- Press the receiver's learning button once. Wait for the LED to turn off, indicating the setting state.
- Press the remote control button (e.g., A) once. The LED on the receiver will flash and then turn off.
- Press another button (e.g., B) on the same remote control. The indicator flashes and then lights up. Momentary mode is set successfully.
Set Toggle Mode:
- Press the receiver's learning button twice. Wait for the LED to turn off, indicating the setting state.
- Press the remote control button (e.g., A) once. The LED on the receiver will flash and then turn off.
- Press another button (e.g., B) on the same remote control. The indicator flashes and then lights up. Toggle mode is set successfully.
Set Latching Mode:
- Press the receiver's learning button 3 times. Wait for the LED to turn off, indicating the setting state.
- Press the remote control button (e.g., A) once. The LED on the receiver will flash and then turn off.
- Press another button (e.g., B) on the same remote control. The indicator flashes and then lights up. Latching mode is set successfully.
