• This product is not recommended for young animals under three months old.
• Please use it indoors.
• Even if this product is in low-voltage mode, there is a risk of electric shock if the pet starts to chew the wires. Please train your pet to use the PETKIT SOLO Drinking Fountain correctly.
• Please use the original USB power cable; otherwise, there is a risk of accidents.
• Place the product horizontally, DO NOT TILT IT, as there is a risk of water spillage.
• Do not immerse the lower part of the device in water.
• If the product will not be used or moved for a long period, please unplug it from the power source.
• If a puppy is using it, ensure it is supervised by an adult.
• Product repairs must be carried out only by qualified personnel to avoid various accidents/injuries.
• Please check the remaining water in the basin before leaving for a short vacation.
• In case of usage problems, please contact authorized service promptly.

Product Overview & Components

Please ensure the following components are present in the package before installing and using the product.

Components

• Rubber Waterproof Pad: Used to grip and secure the USB cable for connection protection, and to protect the USB port from water during cleaning.
• Water Tray: A removable tray where water collects.
• Filter Unit: Contains the filter. Needs to be soaked and cleaned before first use.
• Filter Tray: Holds the filter unit.
• Outer Tube: Connects to the pump outlet.
• USB Power Cable: 1.5m cable (charger not included).
• USB Port: Located at the bottom of the device.
• Water Reservoir Bottom: The main body of the fountain. Keep it dry and do not immerse it in water.
• Cable Management Channel: For securing the USB power cable.
• Indicator Light: Shows status. Press the button for 5 seconds to start/stop the indicator light.
• Button: Double-press to switch modes (refer to indicator light feature description for details).
• Ultra-quiet Pump: Located at the bottom of the water reservoir. Ensure it is aligned with the retaining groove at the bottom of the reservoir.

Assembly Steps

1. Filter Preparation: Soak the filter unit in water and clean it twice, for approximately 5 minutes each time.
2. Rinsing: Rinse the water tray, filter tray, water reservoir, and internal accessories with water. (Recommended to clean twice).
3. Pump and Outer Tube Alignment: Align the pump nozzle with the central hole of the filter tray and press until it fits perfectly.
4. Pump Placement: Ensure the pump is placed correctly at the bottom of the water reservoir. Take the outer tube and align it with the water pump nozzle, then push firmly.
5. Final Assembly: Install the outer tube and filter tray/support.

Product Usage

Adding Water

1. Remove the water tray from the reservoir.
2. Add clean water until the maximum water level indicator (MAX) is reached. Do not move the PETKIT SOLO Drinking Fountain while adding water.

Operation

1. After pouring water and installing the filter module and water tray in the correct order, connect the USB power cable to a charger and plug it into an outlet. The initial operating mode is Smart.
