Product Diagram and Controls

The speaker features the following controls:

• 1. Power OFF/ON: Switches the speaker on or off.
• 2. Previous Track: Short press to play the previous track in Bluetooth, TF, or USB mode. Short press to select the previous radio station in FM mode.
• 3. Play/Pause/REC: Short press for music play/pause. Long press for automatic radio station searching in FM mode.
• 4. TF Input: Insert TF card for playback.
• 5. Next Track: Short press to play the next track in Bluetooth, TF, or USB mode. Short press to select the next radio station in FM mode.
• 6. MODE: Short press to switch between Bluetooth, TF, USB, and LINE IN modes.
• 7. DC 5V/AUX IN: Charging jack for the built-in battery. The LED lights up when the DC 5V cable is plugged in.
• 8. Mic Input: Plug in a microphone for use.
• 9. Volume: Turn the knob to adjust the volume up (turn left) and down (turn right).
• 10. USB Input: Insert USB for playback.

Power Source

The speaker can be powered via its built-in rechargeable battery. The DC 5V/AUX IN port is used for charging.

FM Function

To use the FM function:

1. Lightly press the MODE button to switch to FM mode.
2. Press the PLAY/PAUSE button for approximately 3 seconds to initiate automatic searching and saving of radio stations.
3. Press the PREVIOUS or NEXT buttons to select a previous or next radio station.

Note: Insert the USB cable into the charging port for better FM reception.

Bluetooth Connection

1. Power on the product or press the MODE button to enter Bluetooth mode.
2. On your Bluetooth device, search for the Bluetooth name "Syl SP962" and tap to connect. A tone will sound from the speaker upon successful connection.
3. You can now play music from your Bluetooth device.
4. Once paired successfully, the unit will automatically connect to the last paired device when powered on again.

Note: Each product can connect to only one Bluetooth device at a time.

Playing Recording Function

1. Turn on the portable speaker, insert a TF Card or U disk into the respective slot/port.
2. Press the MODE button to enter Bluetooth mode and connect your Bluetooth device to play music.
3. Long press the PLAY/PAUSE button for about 3 seconds. You will hear a "ding" prompt voice, indicating that the TF card/USB is starting to record.
4. To stop recording, long press the PLAY/PAUSE button again for 3 seconds until you hear the "ding" prompt voice.
5. To play the recorded sound, switch to USB or TF card mode using the MODE button. Press the NEXT button to find the recording and play it.

Notes:

• a) If both TF card and U disk are inserted simultaneously, the recording will be saved to the U disk.
• b) The recording function only works in Bluetooth mode. It cannot record in FM, Aux mode, or the microphone's sound.
• c) It is recommended to set the Bluetooth device's volume to maximum during recording.

90-Day Warranty

This product is warranted to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of ninety (90) days from the date of original purchase. During this period, the exclusive remedy is repair or replacement of the product or component found to be defective, at the company's option. The customer is responsible for all costs associated with returning the product. If the product or component is no longer available, it will be replaced with a similar one of equal or greater value. Prior to replacement, the product must be rendered inoperable or returned.

This warranty does not cover glass, filters, wear from normal use, use not in conformity with printed directions, or damage resulting from accident, alteration, abuse, or misuse. The warranty extends only to the original consumer purchaser or gift recipient. Keep the original sales receipt as proof of purchase is required for warranty claims. This warranty is void if the product is used for other than single-family household use or subjected to any voltage and waveform other than as specified on the label (e.g., 120V~60Hz).

All claims for special, incidental, and consequential damages caused by breach of express or implied warranty are excluded. Liability is limited to the amount of the purchase price. Any implied warranty, including statutory warranty or condition of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, is disclaimed except to the extent prohibited by law, in which case such warranty or condition is limited to the duration of this written warranty. This warranty gives you specific legal rights. You may have other legal rights that vary depending on your location. Some states or provinces do not allow limitations on implied warranties or special, incidental, or consequential damages, so the foregoing limitations may not apply to you.
