Product Description

The Qoltec HDD Docking Station allows users to connect 2.5" and 3.5" SSD/HDD drives to a computer via a USB connection. It supports simultaneous connection of two hard drives and features SATA III compatibility. The station offers Plug and Play functionality, requiring no additional installation.

Offline Cloning Function

This feature enables disk cloning without connecting the station to a computer. Users insert a source disk (Disk A) and a destination disk (Disk B), ensuring Disk A is not larger than Disk B. After connecting power and turning on the device while holding the CLONE button, cloning can be initiated by pressing the CLONE button again. Progress is indicated by LEDs, and completion is shown when all lights are illuminated. Note: Data on Disk B will be erased during cloning.

Instructions

1. Insert a 2.5" or 3.5" SATA drive into the appropriate bay.
2. Connect the docking station to your computer using the USB 3.0 cable.
3. Connect the power supply to the station and a wall socket.
4. The device will install automatically and be operational within seconds.

Troubleshooting

For new hard drives, reformatting may be necessary. Ensure the hard drive is properly connected to the case connectors and that the USB cable is directly plugged into a computer USB port.
