Instructions for Use
1. Power Supply
- Automatic Power On: Remove earbuds from the charging case. They will automatically turn on and connect to the last paired device.
- Manual Power On: Press and hold the MFB on both earbuds for 3 seconds.
- Automatic Power Off: Place earbuds back into the charging case. They will automatically turn off and begin charging.
- Manual Power Off: Press and hold the MFB on both earbuds for 5 seconds.
2. Calling Features
- Answer/End Call: Press the MFB once.
- Reject Call: Press the MFB twice.
- Redial Last Number: Press the MFB twice.
- Voice Assistant: Press and hold the MFB for 2 seconds.
3. Listening to Music
- Play/Pause Music: Press the MFB once.
- Previous Song: Press the "+" button for 2 seconds (or double-click the right earbud MFB).
- Next Song: Press the "-" button for 2 seconds (or double-click the left earbud MFB).
4. Mono/Dual Mode
- The earbuds support both mono (single ear) and binaural (both ears) modes.
- To use in mono mode, simply use one earbud. The other can be placed back in the case or turned off.
- If the binaural pairing is lost, follow the reset procedure.
5. Reset Pairing
If you experience issues with pairing or the earbuds not connecting correctly (e.g., two instances of "YYK-Q63" appearing in your Bluetooth list), you may need to reset the earbuds.
- Turn off Bluetooth on your phone. Ensure any previous "YYK-Q63" connections are removed from your phone's Bluetooth settings.
- Remove both earbuds from the charging case. Press and hold the MFB on each earbud for 5 seconds to turn them off.
- With the earbuds off, press and hold the MFB on both earbuds simultaneously for 10 seconds. The indicator lights will flash red and blue twice, indicating a successful reset.
- Place the earbuds back into the charging case to ensure they are charging.
- Remove both earbuds from the charging case simultaneously and pair them with your phone again.
Common Problems & Solutions
1. Bluetooth Not Found
- Ensure Bluetooth is enabled on your device.
- Make sure the earbuds are charged and powered on.
- Check that the earbuds are within the 10m Bluetooth range and free from obstacles.
- Try resetting the earbuds and your phone's Bluetooth connection.
- If the earbuds were previously paired with another device, disconnect them from that device first.
2. Charging Problems
- Ensure the charging cable is properly connected to the case and a power source.
- Verify that the charging contact points on the earbuds and the case are clean and free of debris. Wipe them with a dry cloth if necessary.
- Make sure the earbuds are correctly seated in the charging case.
- Check if the charging cable or adapter is functioning correctly.
3. Automatic Shutdown
- The earbuds will automatically shut down after 10 minutes of disconnection from Bluetooth.
- Ensure the earbuds are sufficiently charged. Place them back in the charging case to power off and charge.
4. Only One Ear Has Sound
- Ensure both earbuds are properly paired and connected.
- Check your phone's audio balance settings.
- Try resetting the earbuds and re-pairing them with your phone.
- If the issue persists, try using the earbuds in mono mode to identify if one earbud is faulty.
5. Sound Intermittent
- Check your phone's internet connection speed if streaming audio.
- Ensure your phone is not connected to multiple audio devices simultaneously. You can switch connections by double-pressing the MFB.
- Minimize distance and obstacles between your phone and the earbuds.
- Avoid environments with strong radio interference or magnetic fields.
- Unpair and re-pair the earbuds with your phone.
- Restart your smartphone.
