11 Troubleshooting
Wireless Speaker does not turn on: Check power cord insertion.
Wireless Speaker works erratically: Remove and reinsert the power cord. Power cycle the external device. Turn on the power if the speaker automatically turns off due to no signal.
Wireless Speaker indicator turns solid red: The microphone is off. Turn it on (See page 6).
Sound is not output from the Wireless Speaker: Adjust volume. Adjust the volume of external devices. Select "Wireless Speaker" as the sound output on your TV. Check cable connections and reconnect them. Remove the power cord, reconnect, and turn on. Reset the product.
To hear audio signal from the Wireless Speaker alone: If sound plays from both TV and speaker, set the TV speaker to "External Speaker" in the TV's settings.
Wireless Speaker will not connect via Bluetooth: Switch to "Bluetooth Pairing" mode (press Ø for 3 seconds). Disconnect any other connected devices. Remove the speaker from the device's Bluetooth list and reconnect. Remove and reconnect the power plug. Reset the product.
Sound drops out when connected via Bluetooth: Ensure devices are not too close to sources of radio interference (microwaves, routers). Move the device closer if it's too far. Avoid body contact with the transceiver or metal furniture. Check installation environment.
Wireless Speaker will not connect to Wi-Fi: Check if the wireless router is on. Turn the router off and on again. Ensure the wireless signal is not too weak; move the router closer or remove obstacles. Reconfigure network settings for new routers. The speaker does not support Wi-Fi 6.
Wireless Speaker does not turn on automatically with the TV: Power synchronization is disabled if the speaker is turned off while the TV is on. Turn off the TV first.
AVA function not available: Not available with Q-Symphony or when the microphone is turned off.
No sound from TV after switching speaker mode: If a mobile device is connected while the TV is connected, the speaker outputs mobile audio. Disconnect the mobile device to restore TV audio.
Group Play is not enabled: Check if audio devices are newer models (2024+), connected to Wi-Fi, and on the same 5 GHz network.
