Replacement Procedure
Step 1: Remove Rear Battery Cover
Using a Phillips screwdriver, remove the five (5) screws from the rear battery cover. Set the cover aside.

Step 2: Remove Controller Screws
Using a Phillips screwdriver, remove the two (2) screws from the controller.

Step 3: Unplug and Remove Controller
Unplug all of the connectors from the controller and remove the controller unit.

Step 4: Install New Controller
Install the new controller, then reverse steps 1 through 3.
Note: Make sure the two red wires that connect to the power switch connect to the two silver prongs on the new controller. The gold-colored prong is only for the black wire from the charger port.
ATTENTION: Charge battery 12 hours before using.
