Do not use this product in flammable or explosive environments, as it may cause sparks, dust ignition, or smoke. Be aware that sparks may be emitted from the tip of the pen during spot welding; take necessary protective measures. 2. Precautions
Do not press the nickel strip too hard during welding, as this can lead to false welds and insecure solder joints. Lightly press the nickel strip to ensure proper contact with the battery surface. If the battery voltage is too low, it may result in poor welding or failure. Fully charge the battery before welding. Soldering while charging is not recommended as it may damage the charging chip. The soldering pen may accumulate black oxide after repeated use; polish it with sandpaper before use.
3. Product Introduction
The FNIRSI SWM-10 is an efficient, convenient, and portable handheld spot welding machine. It utilizes double pulse spot welding technology for stable and firm welds and also functions as a power bank. The device features a charging and discharging base with Type-C charging and USB-A discharging capabilities.
Device Components:
- Power/Switch Button: Turns the device on/off.
- Soldering Pen Holder: Holds the soldering pen when not in use.
- Reminder Light: Indicates device status.
- Display Screen: Shows welding parameters and status.
- Up/Down Buttons: Used for selection and adjustment.

5. Operation Instructions
- Preheat Pulse: Briefly heats the electrode to a predetermined temperature before spot welding (2ms is recommended).
- Main Pulse: Outputs a short, high-energy pulse for welding. Adjust the pulse size based on the material to avoid burning through or incomplete welds.
- Interval Time: Set the time interval between pulses to ensure welding success and quality, especially on uneven surfaces.
- Number of Connection Points: To strengthen solder joints, the device can weld multiple times continuously (default is 1). This can be adjusted for thicker materials, but do not exceed the maximum welding thickness.

7. Indicator Light Description
- LED Light 1: Always on when the power bank is full, flashes when the battery is low.
- LED Light 2: Turns on when both soldering pens are placed on the welding object and turns off when they are removed.
- LED Light 3: Flashes when the power bank is charging and stays on when fully charged.
