BON DE REDUCTION TOUT SITE -15€ dès 129€

I. PRESENTATION

Cdiscount, a French public limited company with a capital of 6,642,912.78 euros, registered with the RCS of Bordeaux under number 424 059 822, with its registered office at 120-126 Quai de Bacalan 33000 Bordeaux, and registered with ATOUT France under number IM033190006, offers on its internet site for PC and mobile, accessible at www.cdiscount.com and via the associated Android and iOS applications (hereinafter collectively referred to as the "Site"), an offer titled "BON DE REDUCTION TOUT SITE -15€ dès 129€" (hereinafter the "Offer").

II. DESCRIPTION DE L'OFFRE

The Offer consists of an immediate reduction voucher of:

1. Fifteen euros (15.00€) for purchases of one hundred and twenty-nine euros (129.00€) and over, excluding delivery costs, using the code 15DES129.
2. To take advantage of this Offer, simply create a basket composed of eligible product(s) – i.e., products marketed on the Site (including Marketplace products), with the exception of the products listed in Article VIII of the regulations, books, photo processing, subscriptions, pre-ordered products, dematerialized products, gift cards, basket donations, offers from our partners (Cdiscount Voyages, Cdiscount Mobile, Cdiscount Santé, Cdiscount Billetterie, etc.).
3. To take advantage of the Offer, simply create a basket composed of eligible product(s) and enter the code 15DES129 on the payment page (these vouchers cannot be combined).

III. PERIODE DE VALIDITE DE L'OFFRE

1. The Offer is valid from 07/07/2025 at 00H01 and as long as it is visible on the site.
2. Cdiscount reserves the right to postpone, modify, cancel, shorten, or extend this Offer. In any event, its responsibility cannot be engaged in this respect.

IV. CONDITIONS D'ELIGIBILITE DES PARTICIPANTS A L'OFFRE

1. The Offer is reserved for any adult natural person, regardless of their nationality, acting for personal purposes as a consumer with Cdiscount, residing and therefore having a postal address in metropolitan France (including Corsica), Belgium, Germany, Italy, Austria, Ireland, the Netherlands, Portugal, Spain, or Luxembourg, as well as a valid email address.

V. CONDITIONS DE L'OFFRE

1. All payment methods presented on the Site are accepted, except:
   • Payment via the "Pay in installments" credit solution offered by Cdiscount in partnership with Floa Bank,
   • Payment in whole or in part by voucher(s).
2. To take advantage of the Offer, simply create a basket with a minimum amount of eligible products corresponding to the amounts indicated in Article II.

VI. CONDITIONS D'UTILISATION DU BON DE REDUCTION IMMEDIATE

1. The immediate reduction voucher will be definitively acquired subject to the full payment of the eligible order.
2. With the exception of the welcome reduction voucher "HELLO10" intended for new Cdiscount customers and for single use (see regulations here), with which it can be combined, the immediate reduction voucher of the Offer cannot be combined with another reduction voucher from the Offer, any other promotion from a commercial operation in progress on the Site, any other refund offer and/or promotional code (e.g., "cdav vip code") in progress on the Site - excluding refund offers by partner brands.

VII. EXCLUSION DE L'OFFRE

1. Any person who attempts to falsify the proper conduct of the Offer, by any means whatsoever, particularly in order to benefit from the Offer multiple times (creation of multiple customer accounts, fake customer accounts, etc.), will immediately lose the benefit of the Offer. Cdiscount also reserves the right to take legal action against anyone who has defrauded or attempted to do so.
2. Any repeated or non-repeated maneuver by the customer aimed at unfairly benefiting from the Offer, such as partial order cancellations, will be considered fraudulent. As such, Cdiscount reserves the right not to validate the order, to suspend its execution, or to suspend or close the customer account in accordance with the Cdiscount General Terms and Conditions of Sale, resulting in the permanent loss of the Offer's benefit for the customer.
3. Notwithstanding the foregoing, CDISCOUNT reserves the right to take any recovery action against the customer who has benefited unfairly and/or through fraudulent maneuvers from the Offer, in order to recover sums unduly received on the basis of Article 1302-1 of the Civil Code.
