Cdiscount Discount Offer: €15 Off Purchases Over €129

Cdiscount, a French public limited company with a capital of €6,642,912.78, registered with the RCS of Bordeaux under number 424 059 822, with its registered office at 120-126 Quai de Bacalan, 33000 Bordeaux, and registered with ATOT France under number IM033190006, offers a promotion on its website and mobile application, accessible via www.cdiscount.com and associated Android and iOS applications (hereinafter referred to as the "Site"). This offer is titled "DISCOUNT VOUCHER FOR THE ENTIRE SITE - €15 off from €129" (hereinafter the "Offer").

Offer Description

The Offer consists of an immediate discount voucher of: Fifteen euros (€15.00) for purchases of one hundred and twenty-nine euros (€129.00) or more, excluding delivery costs, using the code 15DES129.

To benefit from this Offer, create a basket composed of eligible product(s) – meaning products marketed on the Site (including Marketplace products), excluding products listed in Article VIII of the regulations, books, photo development, subscriptions, pre-ordered products, dematerialized products, gift cards, basket donations, and offers from Cdiscount partners (Cdiscount Voyages, Cdiscount Mobile, Cdiscount Santé, Cdiscount Billetterie, etc.).

To take advantage of the Offer, create a basket of eligible product(s) and enter the code 15DES129 on the payment page (these vouchers cannot be combined).

Offer Validity Period

The Offer is valid from 07/07/2025 at 00:01 and as long as it is visible on the site.

Cdiscount reserves the right to postpone, modify, cancel, shorten, or extend this Offer. In any case, its responsibility cannot be engaged in this regard.

Eligibility Conditions for Participants

The Offer is reserved for any adult natural person, regardless of nationality, acting for personal use as a consumer with Cdiscount, residing in and having a postal address in metropolitan France (including Corsica), Belgium, Germany, Italy, Austria, Ireland, the Netherlands, Portugal, Spain, or Luxembourg, and possessing a valid email address.

Offer Conditions

All payment methods presented on the Site are accepted, except:

• Payment via the "Pay in installments" credit solution offered by Cdiscount in partnership with Floa Bank,
• Payment in whole or in part by voucher(s).

To benefit from the Offer, create a basket with a minimum amount of eligible products corresponding to the amounts indicated in Article II.

Products not eligible for the Offer (products from brands listed in Article II.2 and products excluded from the offer in Article VIII) cannot be taken into account in the minimum basket amount to benefit from the Offer.

Once your basket is complete, click on "Proceed to checkout", choose your delivery method, and then enter the "code" found on the Site's homepage in the designated field.

Once you have entered the code to benefit from the discount, click OK.

If you see the message "Your voucher has been successfully applied", you can proceed to the final payment of your order.

In case of cancellation or withdrawal of part or all of the order, you will lose the benefit of the Offer.

Conditions of Use for the Immediate Discount Voucher

The immediate discount voucher will be definitively acquired subject to the full payment of the eligible order.

Except for the welcome discount voucher "HELLO10" intended for new Cdiscount customers and for single use (see regulations here), with which it can be combined, the immediate discount voucher of this Offer cannot be combined with another discount voucher from the Offer, any other promotion from a commercial operation in progress on the Site, any other refund offer and/or promotional code (e.g., "cdav vip code") in progress on the Site – excluding refund offers by partner brands.

Offer Exclusion

Any person attempting to falsify the proper conduct of the Offer, by any means whatsoever, particularly to benefit from the Offer multiple times (creation of multiple customer accounts, fake customer accounts, etc.), will immediately lose the benefit of the Offer.

Cdiscount also reserves the right to take legal action against anyone who has defrauded or attempted to do so.

Any repeated or non-repeated action by the customer intended to wrongfully benefit from the Offer, such as partial order cancellations, will be considered fraudulent. As such, Cdiscount reserves the right not to validate the order, to suspend its execution, or to suspend or close the customer account in accordance with the Cdiscount General Terms and Conditions of Sale, resulting in the permanent loss of the Offer's benefit for the customer.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, CDISCOUNT reserves the right to take any recovery action against the customer who has wrongfully benefited from the Offer and/or through fraudulent means, in order to recover sums unduly received on the basis of Article 1302-1 of the Civil Code.
