Retekess Wireless Transmission System User Instructions
Transmitter: TT103
1. ON/OFF Operation
- Turn on: Keep pressing the "M" button for 1 second to turn on.
- Turn off: Keep pressing the "M" button for 1 second to turn off.
2. Mute Function for Transmitter
When the transmitter is working, click the [mute/unmute button] to mute. The antenna icon on the display screen will change to a mute icon. Click the [mute/unmute button] again to restore the speak function, and the mute icon will change back to the antenna icon.
3. Turn Off All Receivers with One Button
Under working condition, keep pressing the [mute/unmute button] for about 5 seconds until the screen flashes and the word "OFF" appears. All receivers will be forcibly turned off. You can click any button of the transmitter to quit, or keep pressing the "M" button to turn off.
4. Setting the Channel
Why and When to Set the Channel:
- When multiple groups use the devices at the same location to avoid interference, set different channels for each group's transmitters and receivers.
- When adding more receivers to a group, ensure their channel matches the group's channel. The transmitter and receivers in a group must have the same channel to receive signals.
Ways of Channel Setting:
- Wireless Channel Setting: Recommended for many receivers.
- Manual Channel Setting: Recommended for a few receivers.
5. Wireless Channel Setting
Under working condition, press and hold both the [mute/unmute button] and the [channel up/down button] simultaneously until the channel number on the screen flashes. Release the buttons. Use the [channel up/down button] to change the channel number (001 to 200). After selecting the channel, press and hold the "M" button for about 3 seconds until the flashing antenna icon appears. Release the "M" button. Place receivers (turned on) within 2 meters of the transmitter. The receivers' channels will match the transmitter's channel within 5 seconds. Press the transmitter's "M" button to exit channel matching status. The receivers will now hear the transmitter.
6. Manual Channel Setting
- Transmitter: Turn on the transmitter. Press and hold the [mute/unmute button] and the [channel up/down button] until the channel number flashes. Use the [channel up/down button] to select the desired channel. Press the "M" button to confirm.
- Receiver: Turn off the receiver. Press and hold the "+" button and the [mute/unmute button] simultaneously to turn on. Wait until the channel number flashes. Use the "+" or "-" button to select the desired channel. Press the [mute/unmute button] to confirm.
Receiver: TT104
1. ON/OFF Operation
- Turn on: Keep pressing the [power button] for 1 second until the display screen lights up. If a transmitter with the same channel is speaking nearby (within approx. 150 meters), the receiver will pick up the audio. If a transmitter is in channel matching status nearby (within approx. 2 meters), the receiver's channel will automatically match the transmitter's channel.
- Turn off: Keep pressing the [power button] for 1 second to turn off (the display screen turns off). Receivers can also be turned off using the transmitter's "Turn Off All Receivers" function.
2. Volume Adjustment
When the receiver is working, click or press and hold the "+" or "-" button to adjust the volume.
Attention: Battery Care
If transmitters and receivers are not used for a long time, charge them once every 3 months to protect the batteries. The devices contain lithium batteries, which can be damaged if not used or charged for extended periods.

Business radios operate on regulated frequencies. A license issued by local radio management departments (e.g., FCC, ISED, OFCOM) may be required. Contact local authorities for classification and usage details. Use of this radio outside its intended distribution country is subject to government regulations.
Unauthorized Modification and Adjustment
Modifications not expressly approved by the responsible party may void the user's authority to operate the radio. Transmitter adjustments should only be made by certified personnel. Replacing unauthorized components may violate regulations.

- This device complies with Part 15 of the FCC Rules. Operation is subject to two conditions: (1) this device may not cause harmful interference, and (2) this device must accept any interference received, including interference that may cause undesired operation.

RF Exposure Information
- DO NOT operate the radio without a proper antenna attached, as this may damage the radio and exceed RF exposure limits. Use only the manufacturer-supplied or authorized antenna.
- DO NOT transmit for more than 50% of total radio use time, as this can cause RF exposure compliance requirements to be exceeded.
- Turn off the radio in areas where signs are posted to do so, to avoid interference with sensitive devices.
- The device complies with RF specifications when used 5 mm from the body. Body-worn accessories should not contain metallic components and may not comply with RF exposure requirements if they do.
- DO NOT operate the transmitter in areas sensitive to electromagnetic radiation, such as hospitals or aircraft.
Safety Precautions
- Avoid Choking Hazard: Small Parts. Not for children under 3 years.
- Protect your hearing:
- Use the lowest necessary volume.
- Turn up volume only in noisy surroundings.
- Turn down volume before adding headsets or earpieces.
- Limit the time using headsets or earpieces at high volume.
- Do not place the radio's speaker directly against your ear when not using a headset.
- Excessive sound pressure from earphones and headphones can cause hearing loss.
- Note: Prolonged exposure to loud noises can affect hearing. Damage may be cumulative and sometimes undetectable initially.
- Avoid Burns:
- Antennas: Do not use a damaged antenna. Contact with skin may cause minor burns.
- Batteries: Avoid short-circuiting batteries by preventing conductive materials (jewelry, keys, chains) from touching exposed terminals. Handle batteries with care, especially when carrying them with metal objects.
- Long transmission: The radiator and chassis may become hot during long transmissions.
- Safety Operation (Charger):
- Forbid: Do not use the charger outdoors or in moist environments. Do not disassemble the charger. Do not operate a damaged charger.
- To reduce risk: Pull the plug, not the cord, when disconnecting. Unplug before maintenance or cleaning. Contact Retekess for repairs. The adapter should be installed near the equipment and be easily accessible. The plug is the disconnect device. Do not exceed the specified operating temperature.
- Risk of explosion if the battery is replaced with an incorrect type. Dispose of used batteries according to instructions.
- Safety Operation (Radio Use):
- This radio meets RF exposure guidelines when used with Retekess-approved accessories. Use of other accessories may violate regulations.
