Retekess TD162 Wireless Paging System User Manual

Product Introduction

Thank you for using the Retekess TD162 guest paging system. It consists of one keyboard transmitter and ten coaster pagers. Each keyboard transmitter can be expanded to support up to 998 coaster pagers. This system is widely used in fast-food restaurants, coffee houses, pizza shops, 4S stores, churches, and other places where many guests are waiting for service. The system improves overall efficiency and customer satisfaction, reduces labor costs, and enhances the establishment's image.

How to use the coaster paging system:

  1. Guests arrive and place an order. The waiter provides each guest with a coaster pager, each having a unique ID (No. 1-998).
  2. When the order is ready, the waiter at the counter presses the corresponding number on the transmitter. The pager will vibrate, beep, or flash to alert the customer to pick up their order.

Operating Instructions

Power On

Connect the power supply to the keyboard transmitter; the display will illuminate. Place the pagers on the charging slots and connect the power source. In charging mode, the pager's indicator light remains constantly on. The indicator light flashes in standby mode. "Lo" will be displayed on the digital tube when a pager has a low battery. The pagers can be powered on by returning them to the charging slot while the keypad transmitter is connected to power.

Power Off

Place the pagers on the charging slots, press "999", and then press the CALL button to turn off all pagers in the charging slots. All pagers in the charging slots will enter charging mode (no number will be displayed on the digital tube). Then, disconnect the power source. Avoid leaving pagers to charge or in standby mode for extended periods when not in use, as this can reduce battery performance.

Call Pager

Ensure the pager is in standby mode. Input the corresponding ID number using the keypad, then press the CALL button. The pager will beep/vibrate/flash according to the set prompt mode. The pager will stop beeping/vibrating/flashing once placed back into the charging slot.
