Samsung Promotion: Media Marathon Bogota 2025 Entry

I. Promotion Identification

Promotion Name: Entry Ticket to the Media Marathon Bogota 2025 (the “PROMOTION”).

Promotion Validity: The PROMOTION is valid from June 28, 2025, to July 08, 2025, or until supplies last, whichever comes first.

Available Units: There are 100 units of the BENEFIT available for the PROMOTION across all references and Authorized Participating Stores.

Applicable Territory: The PROMOTION is valid nationwide.

Applicable Channels: The PROMOTION is valid in online channels of Authorized Participating Stores, as defined below.

II. Previous Considerations

This document sets forth the terms, conditions, and restrictions applicable to individuals (“CLIENT” and collectively “CLIENTS”) participating in the PROMOTION (“T&C”). Participation in the PROMOTION and acceptance of the benefit granted by SAMSUNG implies full and unconditional knowledge and acceptance of these T&C. III. Specific Promotion Conditions

1. Object: With the purchase of one (1) Samsung Galaxy Watch7 (40mm or 44mm) from Authorized Participating Stores (“PRODUCT”), the first 100 CLIENTS to register using the forms available on the indicated pages will receive one (1) entry ticket to the Media Marathon Bogota 2025 (“BENEFIT”) for each PRODUCT purchased, with a maximum of three BENEFITS per CLIENT. To register, CLIENTS must follow the instructions in section 6 of these T&C.

The CLIENT must accept the policy and authorize the processing of their personal data and subsequently provide the following information: Name, email address, phone number, national ID, and invoice number.

This is subject to the CLIENT fulfilling all requirements and conditions indicated in these T&C.

2. Authorized Participating Stores: The Authorized Participating Stores for the PROMOTION are:

3. Products and Units: The products (hereinafter “PRODUCTS”) are indicated below:

The purchase of the PRODUCT is subject to its availability in the Authorized Participating Stores at the time of purchase. The availability of each PRODUCT reference may vary.

4. Clients: “CLIENTS” of the PROMOTION are natural persons over 18 years of age residing in Colombia.

5. Mechanics: CLIENTS can access the PROMOTION by visiting the online channels of the Authorized Participating Stores and purchasing the PRODUCT within the PROMOTION dates, paying with any method authorized by each Authorized Participating Store.

To access the PROMOTION, the CLIENT must follow these steps:

1. The CLIENT must visit the Authorized Participating Stores during the PROMOTION dates.
2. In online channels, the CLIENT must add the PRODUCT to the cart and follow the steps to complete the purchase.
3. In physical channels, the CLIENT must go to the checkout to purchase the PRODUCT.
4. Once the PRODUCT is purchased, the CLIENT must follow the instructions in section 6 of these T&C to redeem the BENEFIT.
5. If the client is one of the first 100 people to register, they will receive the BENEFIT.
6. The maximum number of BENEFITS deliverable per client is three (3).
7. If the CLIENT withdraws from the purchase, they will not be eligible for the BENEFIT.

6. Special Conditions for the BENEFIT: The BENEFIT will have the following special conditions:

• The BENEFIT is only cumulative with the promotion: “0% Interest”.
• The BENEFIT has 100 units available.
• Regardless of the number of PRODUCTS purchased in different transactions, the CLIENT can only access a maximum of three (3) units of the BENEFIT.

d. In case of accessing the PROMOTION through the online channel of the Authorized Participating Store, and the BENEFIT has already been delivered to the CLIENT, if the CLIENT exercises their right of withdrawal, they must return the BENEFIT along with the PRODUCT. If the BENEFIT has not been delivered and the CLIENT exercises their right of withdrawal, the BENEFIT will not be delivered.

e. For online channels, the PRODUCT and the BENEFIT may be sent on different dates and, consequently, may arrive to the CLIENT at different delivery times.

Additionally, the CLIENT must consider the following instructions to obtain the BENEFIT:

1. Once the PRODUCT is purchased, the CLIENT has until July 8, 2025, to register on the website www.alkosto.com/samsung/watch/media-maraton-bogota or www.ktronix.com/samsung/watch/media-maraton-bogota, as applicable to the Authorized Participating Store where the PRODUCT was purchased.
2. The BENEFIT will be delivered on July 16, 2025, to the email address registered by the CLIENT in the form.

IV. General Promotion Conditions

1. Upon purchasing the PROMOTION, the CLIENT will be deemed to have accepted in full all conditions indicated in these T&C.
2. The CLIENT may purchase as many PRODUCTS as desired, subject to availability, provided they comply with the conditions established in these T&C.
3. Each Authorized Participating Store may, at its discretion, determine the prices of the PRODUCTS and the points of sale where the PROMOTION can be accessed, considering the applicable territory described in section I of these T&C.
4. For online channel participation, each Authorized Participating Store may, at its discretion, determine all conditions regarding the method, time, and place of shipment and delivery of the PRODUCTS and/or BENEFITS, as applicable. Therefore, before making a purchase, the CLIENT should contact the Authorized Participating Store where they intend to access the PROMOTION for more information on product and/or benefit delivery and shipping.
5. The CLIENT acknowledges and accepts that if the BENEFIT is a product available in various colors, the Authorized Participating Stores will provide the CLIENT with the product in the color that is available.
6. The available units and references correspond to those indicated in this document; therefore, if they are depleted before the dates indicated in these T&C, the PROMOTION will end.

V. Promotion Legalities

7. The warranty applicable to the PRODUCTS and/or BENEFITS will be the quality warranty granted by SAMSUNG for said PRODUCTS and/or BENEFITS.

8. If the CLIENT exercises their right of withdrawal regarding the purchased PRODUCT, provided that such PRODUCT is eligible for withdrawal, the CLIENT must return the PRODUCT along with the delivered BENEFIT. Withdrawal conditions will apply as defined by law and in accordance with the guidelines established by each Authorized Participating Store.

9. The CLIENT must accept SAMSUNG's personal data protection policy, which can be consulted on the SAMSUNG website.

10. This PROMOTION is not cumulative with other promotions, nor is it redeemable for cash, bank deposits, credit or debit card deposits, or any other transaction or benefit other than those described in the T&C.

11. SAMSUNG reserves the right to modify, clarify, or add to the T&C at any time and for any reason. Updates to the T&C will be published on the page: www.samsung.com/co/offer, and it will be understood that by such publication, CLIENTS are notified and, therefore, these conditions apply to the CLIENTS of the PROMOTION.

12. SAMSUNG and the Authorized Participating Stores are solely responsible for the PROMOTION AND the PRODUCTS and/or BENEFITS. Consequently, in the event of any claim regarding the PRODUCTS and/or BENEFITS, said claim will be handled through the SAMSUNG Call Center by dialing #782 from any mobile phone in Colombia, or through the customer service channels of each of the Authorized Participating Stores.

13. SAMSUNG is committed to protecting the security of CLIENTS' personal information. For these purposes, SAMSUNG uses various security technologies and procedures that help protect information against unauthorized access, disclosure, and use. For example, personal information provided is stored in limited-access systems, located in controlled facilities.
