Important Information & Safety Guidelines
- IMPORTANT: BEFORE installation, use the checklist to verify that all components are included. If any parts are missing or appear defective, contact our customer service team for a replacement.
- Ensure that the screen is compatible with the unit BEFORE attaching to the mounting bracket according to VESA patterns and the supported weight of the screen. Specialist assistance may be required for installation.
- CAUTION: Please read the entire instructions and safety guidelines prior to assembly. Failure to do so may cause injury, product damage, and additional material damage.
- Always wear suitable personal protective equipment and use the correct tools to perform the installation safely.
- DO NOT exceed the maximum permissible weight of the unit, make non-factory approved modifications, use the unit outside of its factory approved purpose, or OVERTIGHTEN any assembly screws used to join components.
- Use only the factory provided mounting screws as indicated in the instructions.
- Ensure the construction of attaching surfaces has structural integrity capable of supporting the total weight of the unit and all additional equipment and components. In addition, pay attention to the working environment around the unit, which may cause accidental damage, such as (but not limited to) foot traffic, shelves with objects that could fall and insufficient working space. The user must exercise due diligence.
- Keep children away from the assembly hardware. Small parts may cause choking if swallowed.
- WARRANTY: Unlimited lifespan. 5 years warranty on the TV stand, 12 months warranty on the motor.
Assembly Instructions
Follow the step-by-step diagrams for assembly. Ensure all parts are correctly identified and used as per the instructions.
- Step 1: Base assembly Attach the wheels (JJ) to the base (AA).
- Step 2: Installation of the columns on the base Secure the columns (CC) to the base (AA) using screws (F).
- Step 3: Attaching support brackets Use screws (G1) and washers (G2) to attach support brackets.
- Step 4: Columns preparation Prepare the columns for further assembly.
- Step 5 & 6: Column attachment Attach the columns to the base and secure with screws (J).
- Step 7 & 8: Column height adjustment Insert and secure the upper column parts.
- Step 9 & 10: Preparation of the motor Assemble the motor unit with its mounting plate.
- Step 11 & 12: Motor unit installation Attach the motor unit to the columns.
- Step 13: VESA panel installation Mount the VESA plate (BB) onto the assembled structure using screws (E, H1, H2, J).
- Step 14, 15 & 16: Shelf assembly and installation Assemble and attach the shelves (DD) using screws (FF, GG, II).
- Step 17 & 18: Shelf attachment Secure the shelves to the main structure.
- Step 19: Height adjustment check Ensure correct height adjustment range.
- Step 20: Installation of the protective pads Install protective pads (MM) for scratch resistance and vibration reduction.
- Step 21, 22 & 23: TV preparation Measure TV hole pattern, select appropriate screws and spacers.
- Step 24: Rails installation on the TV Attach the rails (LL, RR) to the TV using screws (A, B, C, D, E).
- Step 25 & 26: TV mounting Mount the TV onto the VESA panel.
- Step 27 & 28: Assembling and installation of the top shelf for the webcam Attach the webcam shelf (EE, KK).
- Step 29: Upper webcam shelf installation Secure the upper webcam shelf.
- Step 30: Connecting the power supply to the motor Connect the motor power supply using cables (Q, R).
- Step 31: Height adjustment with remote control Adjust the height using the remote control (S, T).

Operation and Storage Requirements
- Temperature: Storage and operation between +5°C to +40°C.
- Humidity: Relative humidity not exceeding 80%.
- Environment: Room should be free of aggressive impurities (acid vapors, alkalis, etc.) that can cause corrosion. Protect from dust, dirt, shock, moisture, fire, and mechanical damage.
- Placement: Keep at least 1m away from heating elements, open fires, damp, or unheated rooms.
- Installation Surface: Must be installed on a flat, horizontal surface with all wheels locked.
- Moving: Unlock wheels before moving. Do not drag the product.
- Children: Keep children away from assembly hardware and the product. Do not allow children to operate or play with the product.
- Safety: Do not push, pull, hang, or swing on the product with the TV. The product with TV installed may tip over, causing serious injury or death. Do not exert excessive force on components. Do not stand on the base.
- Malfunctions: If a malfunction occurs, contact customer service immediately.
- Power Connection: Use a grounded outlet. Ensure the power outlet or extension cord is grounded. An outlet splitter is not recommended. Motor power supply voltage must match your power grid. Keep power cords away from heat sources and wet surfaces. Do not pull the cord to remove the plug. Do not use if the power cord or plug is damaged.
Transport Regulations
- Temperature Range: -25°C to +40°C.
- Transportation: Allowed by any type of transport. Do not open the package during transport.
- Post-Transport: After transporting at sub-zero temperatures, keep the product in an acceptable room for at least two hours before operation.
Maintenance
- Clean using only neutral detergents (dry or wet cleaning). Avoid abrasive detergents and sharp objects. Avoid moving on dusty, sandy surfaces or puddles.
Disposal
- The product does not contain expensive or toxic materials and can be disposed of in the usual way.
Warranty
- The warranty period is 5 years (12 months for the motor) from the date of purchase. The manufacturer guarantees smooth operation during the warranty period. Warranty service includes free repair or replacement of components that fail due to manufacturing defects, provided the product is operated according to the user manual.
