Assembly Instructions

The following steps outline the assembly process. Refer to the diagrams for visual guidance.

1. Base Assembly: Attach the casters (JJ) to the base frame (AA).
2. Column Installation: Mount the main columns (CC) onto the base assembly using screws (F) and the provided tool.
3. Secure Columns: Further secure the columns using screws (G1) and washers (G2) with the provided tool (J).
4. Height Adjustment Mechanism: Assemble and install the height adjustment components using the provided tool (J).
5. Column Locking: Insert and tighten the locking screws to secure the adjustable column height.
6. VESA Panel Installation: Attach the VESA panel (BB) to the columns using screws (E, H1, H2) and the provided tool (J).
7. Protective Pad Installation: Install the protective pads (LL, RR) into the designated holes on the VESA panel. These pads help improve scratch resistance and reduce vibration.
8. Measure TV Hole Pattern: Determine the VESA hole pattern on your TV (200-800 mm horizontal, 200-500 mm vertical).
9. Select TV Screws and Spacers: Choose the appropriate screws (M5, M6, M8) and spacers based on your TV's specifications.
10. Rails Installation on TV: Attach the mounting rails (LL, RR) to the back of your TV using the selected screws (A, B, C, D, E) and the provided tool. Ensure correct orientation (up).
11. VESA Pattern Alignment: Align the TV with the VESA panel on the stand, ensuring the rails fit into the panel slots.
12. TV Mounting: Secure the TV to the VESA panel using the provided screws and tool. Ensure the TV is centered and securely fastened.
13. Top Shelf Assembly (Webcam): Assemble the top shelf components (EE, KK) as shown.
14. Upper Webcam Shelf Installation: Mount the assembled webcam shelf onto the stand.
15. AV Shelf Assembly: Assemble the AV shelves (DD, FF, GG) according to the diagrams.
16. AV Shelf Installation: Install the assembled AV shelves onto the stand.
17. Cable Management: Use the protective rings (NN) to secure cables and prevent damage.

Operation and Maintenance

Operation Requirements:

• Operating temperature: +5°C to +40°C.
• Relative humidity: not exceeding 80%.
• Keep the product free from aggressive impurities, dust, dirt, shock, moisture, and fire.
• Place the product on a flat, horizontal surface with all wheels locked.
• Unlock wheels before moving the product.
• Do not drag the product; it may cause mechanical damage.
• Keep children away from the product and its assembly hardware.

Maintenance:

• Clean with a dry or damp cloth using only neutral detergents.
• Avoid abrasive cleaners and sharp objects.

Transport Regulations

Recommended temperature range: -25°C to +40°C.

Transport the product by any means. Do not open the packaging during transport.

After transporting the product at temperatures below zero, allow it to acclimate indoors for at least two hours before use.
