Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
Usage of Medical Protective Gloves!
Nitrile gloves reduce the risk of allergic reactions and help prevent discoloration caused by latex wear.
How to deactivate/activate the TRANSPORT-Mode (TM)?
- Deactivate TM: Use key combination 'Fn' + 'Shift Right'.
- Activate TM: Use key combination 'Fn' + 'CapsLock' + 'BackSpace'.
Power Save Mode
The status LEDs (NumLock, CapsLock, ScrollLock) show the status of these functions when enabled. The LEDs turn off after a while to save battery power. Press the 'Fn' key to check the status of the LEDs.
How to determine the battery status?
The keyboard indicates a low battery situation with the status LEDs. With each key actuation, one of the status LEDs lights up briefly in a round-robin manner. Please charge the battery as soon as possible via the USB Type-C charging socket using the included USB charging cable. The keyboard can be charged via any standard USB charging travel adapter or via USB ports on Host-PCs.
How to activate/deactivate the CLEAN function?
The key combination 'Fn' + 'Shift (Clean on/off)' activates and deactivates the CLEAN function. The mode 'CLEAN function active' is indicated by the status LED 'Clean'. During this mode, the user can wipe and disinfect the keyboard, and all key entries are suppressed. The 'CLEAN function active' mode ends automatically after a timeout of 30 seconds or by key combination.
How to investigate a wireless connection problem?
