FAQ
- Connecting Khadas single board computers: VIM1S, VIM3, VIM3L, VIM4 can be connected via the 40-pin header (requires soldering a female header) or the 14-pin 0.5mm FPC header (requires Khadas T2V adapter board for VIM3, VIM3L, VIM4). Refer to docs.khadas.com/tone2 for details. Note: Soldering may void the warranty.
- Tone2 Maker Kit not powering on: Ensure the supplied voltage is between 4.8V to 14V and check the DC power connector's pin layout. Refer to docs.khadas.com/tone2.
- Electrostatic protection: 1000V for contact, 3000V for non-contact. Avoid touching PCBA circuits when powered on.
- Windows USB driver: Provides ASIO support and improves latency and sample rate conversion compared to the default Windows driver.
- Balanced RCA: A Khadas-designed standard for small form-factor DACs, compatible with standard RCA plugs and cables. More info at https://khadas.com/balanced-rca.
