Repair work and work on electrical components may only be carried out by authorized service personnel. Minor malfunctions can be rectified by the user according to the following description. In case of doubt, contact authorized service personnel.
Unit does not work:
- Press the high-pressure trigger gun lever and switch on the unit.
- Check if the voltage indicated on the rating plate matches the voltage of the power source.
- Check the mains cable for damage.
- Motor is overloaded, the thermal cut-out has tripped. Switch off the unit ('0/OFF'), allow it to cool down for one hour, then switch it on again. If the fault persists, have the unit checked by service personnel.
Unit does not switch on, motor hums:
- Voltage drop due to a weak power supply or the use of an extension cord.
- When switching on, first press the high-pressure trigger gun lever, then set the unit's switch to 'I/ON'.
Pressure does not build up in the unit:
- Check the spray lance setting.
- Check the water supply volume.
- Remove the filter from the water supply element with pliers and rinse it with running water.
- Purge the unit of air before starting operation. Switch on the unit without the high-pressure hose attached and let it run (max. 2 minutes) until water emerges from the gun without air bubbles. Switch off the unit and reconnect the high-pressure hose.
Strong pressure fluctuations:
- Clean the high-pressure nozzle: Remove dirt from the nozzle opening with a needle and rinse with water from the front.
- Check the water supply quantity.
Unit is leaking:
- Minor leaks due to the design of the unit. For significant leaks, contact authorized service personnel.
Detergent is not being sucked in:
- Set the Multi Jet 3-in-1 spray lance to the 'MIX' setting on the detergent nozzle.
- Check if the opened Plug 'n' Clean detergent bottle is inserted correctly into the detergent connection.
No pressure indication on the high-pressure trigger gun:
- Check/replace batteries.
- Reduce the distance between the high-pressure trigger gun and the high-pressure washer.
- Repeat the connection process with the high-pressure washer.
Fault message:
- Switch off the unit and pull the mains plug. Wait 20 seconds, then reinsert the plug and switch on the unit. If the fault persists, have the unit checked by service personnel.
Emergency Operation Mode:
- If the pressure regulation function on the high-pressure trigger gun is impaired (e.g., electronics fault, discharged battery), the high-pressure washer operates at the last set level. To switch from emergency mode to the maximum level: Switch off the unit, pull the mains plug, reinsert the plug after 20 seconds, and switch on the unit.
