Usage and Care Instructions
- Cleaning: Before first use, wash and dry thoroughly. The insert is dishwasher-safe. To prevent limescale marks, wipe dry immediately after washing. Spots can be removed with a little vinegar diluted in lukewarm water. Avoid steel wool or abrasive materials that could scratch the surface.
- How to Use: Unfold the insert and place it in a pot with cold water. Ensure the water level does not reach the base of the insert. Bring the water to a boil, then add food to the insert.
- Key Information:
- Features a removable handle that hooks onto the fixed handle for easy lifting. Remove the handle during cooking to prevent it from becoming hot.
- Suitable for most 2-5 litre pots and saucepans.
- Important: Do not use with non-stick coated pots and pans, as this may scratch the coating.
- Always ensure there is water under the insert to prevent damage to the cookware from boiling dry.
