How to Set Up
- Download Victure home app and create an account.
- Connect the camera to a power outlet and wait for 15 seconds until the red status light flashes.
- Connect your phone to 2.4G wifi and login in Victure home app and click "+" on the front page.
- Follow the instructions on the app to finish the steps of connection.

Q&A
Q: I can't get the camera connected?
A: Here are some tips for connection:
- Make sure the Wi-Fi is 2.4G.
- Make sure the location service on your phone is turned on.
- Place the camera 1-3m from the router.
- Make sure the protective film of the lens is removed.
- Try connecting with another phone.

Q: What if the camera can't record video to the micro SD card?
A: Please format the SD card first. You can format it to FAT32 on a computer or directly on the app. Ensure the time zone setting on the app is correct and that the recording time is set to the entire day. If the problem continues, try deleting and reinstalling the app, then perform another camera installation, allowing all requested permissions and setting the region again. For further assistance, contact ipc.support@govicture.com.
